Bianco Glass Products

I was visiting my Aunt in Chicago when she was discussing doing some kitchen and bathroom remodeling. She showed me a few photos of how she wanted her bathroom to look which included a lot of glass upgrades to the shower and mirrors. After searching around and speaking with different companies we ended up going with Bianco Glass. Lukas was extremely knowledgeable and helped my Aunt find the right glass enclosure for her current bathroom layout. Their team arrived right on time to install it and left the place cleaner than it was before they showed up!

Bianco Glass Product was recommended to me by a dear friend of mine who owns a much larger glass company. I originally hired them for a job which they have completed despite not respecting schedule, lacking communication, and extremely messy workers. However, they got the job done which is all I ever ask, delays are part of the business.
I hired them a few weeks later to install a shower panel and a few small glass shelving. Not only they reschedule several times, but once they did install shower panel, for some reason they did not have the shelves ready. They eventually called me out of the blue (they always do what’s convenient for them) and asked if it was ok to drop off the shelves. I had someone waiting there for two hours and no one showed so I had the house sitter leave. They eventually showed up and simply dropped the glass in front of the door and took off.
As you can expect, one of the shelves cracked during the process which I have notified them about. When I called, the receptionist Susie asked me to bring the damage item to her office in Northbrook (we are based in the city). Following multiple attempts to have it picked up, I eventually had a messenger service drop it off at their office. It’s been over 2 weeks and not a word from them, on several occasions it was supposed to be delivered, but never heard from them.
The office person Susie is an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with. Not only is she rude,
Incompetent, unprofessional, but she has zero communicating skills.
There are several experienced and great glass companies in the Chicagoland area. Let me save you some headache, STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS!

I hate to give anybody a 1 star review but I think it’s warranted in this case. We had Bianco glass install a glass shower door and window in a new bathroom in August of 2013. It seemed everything was fine until the window just randomly exploded and sent shards of glass all over the bathroom. Thank goodness nobody was in there at the time. Hey, these things happen. Probably a manufacturing defect or incorrect installation. So, I called them to see if they would work with me to replace it by giving a discount or standing by their work and they basically told me to pound sand and that they would replace it for the full installation price. No thanks.

I had an opportunity to work with the Bianco Glass team when I moved into my new high-​rise condo this past year. Not only were they extremely professional, they also met all insurance qualifications set by my association for contractors in the building. Their work is top notch and they’re true experts in their field. Highly recommend Bianco for any glass-​related projects!
