If I could give them no stars I would. Showed up late for the job and then told me they didn’t have the equipment to complete the job. The owner apparently didn’t even check to see how our HVAC system worked before he promised he could do the job. Don’t ever trust this company to do its job.

This place was terrible. After being highly recommended by a trusted plumber, I called them to determine whether carpet in our basement that was wet due to rain seepage was growing mold and needed to be replaced. The technician did not show up at the appointed time and, when I called him, replied that he was on his way but got his head stuck in his car door (not sure which is more problematic: that being true or that being a lie) and he would come the next day. When he was over an hour late the following day, I called him and he said that he would be at my house «sometime tonight» and then was irritated when I asked him to give me a specific time. I guess they have plenty of business, as the technician’s attitude, not to mention the fact that he never did show up, certainly motivated me to write this, my very first Unilocal review. Save yourself the agita (which you probably already have if you’re calling a disaster recovery service) and go to the next name on the list. Don’t call these guys.
