I had chenille dining room chairs and a chenille sectional couch cleaned and I was extremely pleased with the results. Chuck Russell was professional, timely and very knowledgeable when cleaning these fabrics. I will also be using him to clean my carpet throughout the house.

Wow, Chuck Russell does an amazing cleaning job. I have foster dogs, so they are in and out (and unfortunately not all are potty trained). I’ve also got cats tracking and grinding litter into my carpet. So between the cats and dogs, my floors have ground in litter, mud stains, and potty marks. He does an AMAZING job with the stains. Can’t even tell they were there. We’ve used him 3 times in the last year, and I have always been thoroughly impressed. He is a very nice man with an incredible service/​product.
I tried an eco-​cleaning service because of a
offer. They did ok, but I immediately went back to Duraclean with Chuck Russell. He was able to get up what the other company left behind and he spends time making sure every stain is out of the carpet.
We are beyond pleased. We are saddened that we are moving out of state and losing his good service. We HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing carpet cleaning, especially people with pets and pet stains.
