The service guys were friendly and knowledgeable and the carpet looks clean. However, I found them to be expensive and unprepared. Before making the appointment, I mentioned I was also interested in a quote to clean my couch, etc. When they arrived, the technician did not have anything in his truck to clean leather. I was asked if I told the secretary the couch was leather. I think the material of the couch is a question that should have been asked if not equipping the truck with all supplies is an issue. When it came time to write the check, they added a $ 15 surcharge. When I questioned it, I was told it is the standard amount for every customer. They also have a high $ minimum which I was told about but thought I’d get a lot more stuff cleaned for my money (carpet, tile and 2 couches. After quote was given for everything, I had only had my 300sq ft carpet done as this exceeded the minimum. A decent cleaning job but that’s it.

Wiz Team is great. I’ve had them come out on several occasions to clean and protect my furniture. I find their staff to be very professional and knowledgeable.
They’re also committed to a solid work product. Case in point: some pillows they dry-​cleaned had a lingering odor. They offered to send their crew out free of charge to address this.
