I needed my dishwasher repaired one day it just started flooding all over the house so we just kept towels under the machine and stopped running it. My kitchen was an absolute disaster. So after getting a couple of quotes and describing the problem I decided this was the most friendly and reasonable appliance repair company in the Winnetka area. Thankfully they appointment was quick and the problem was solved in a matter of hours. Thank yoU!

The appointment-​scheduling end of this company is excellent. The rep took down my details correctly, scheduled the appointment as requested, and called me about 20 minutes before the service person was to arrive. I’m skeptical about the skills of the service person, though, because I got a second opinion from another company that went on to do the repair, and it turned out that the problem part was completely different from what AAA Appliance Service had diagnosed. And the reason why I got the second opinion was because AAA’s repair quote was way too high; I could have bought a brand new replacement washer for the price. I went online to check exactly the price of the part they would have used and they would have made 100% profit on that. Ridiculous, especially considering there was a hefty labor charge as well.
