If I had a negative star I’d use it too. The Front desk woman @ Invia in Northbrook is horrible and so rude they need to get rid of her. I met with Dr. Klipstein. She told me that insurance would cover, however she did not tell me that insurance only covers the actual procedure not the monitoring or medications. Had a nice hefty bill from that and stuck with medication that I did not need«can’t send it back». Secondly I had all the fertility testing done and had done one round of IUI-however initially they were forcing IVF. The procedure was done at Hoffman Estates and wow the same rudeness by these woman at the desk-what is with that? Two women tried to do the procedure couldn’t «while they are scraping me inside– I was crying it hurt so bad”-sore for months after this… then they called the Dr. it was done in seconds-that’s how it should be all the time. No wonder the IUI didn’t take. We were going to try the IUI again however I was so over stimulated by the medications. I have no problem getting pregnant I just cant reach past 8 weeks/reoccurring miscarriages. It was an awful experience. If they would’ve been truthful and upfront, more professional(the entire staff), maybe it would’ve been different. Also to schedule any appts with them is brutal… never available, have to set up consults on Fridays when it’s super busy and may have to wait because Dr.‘s aren’t available.

Super small location. There is a drs there only half a day once a week. So ladies forget about trying to schedule appointments to work around your work schedule, just plan on taking half days every week on Fridays so you accommodate the very limited schedule of this office. And then their response is to go to the other locations, which are all an hour plus away from me. FCI is not ideal either. I felt that none of the clinics were that thorough. If you have any complications, forget about it-just start the adoption process now if you stick with these clinics.
