I have been working with the team at Swan Dive since they opened. As an injury-prone runner, I appreciate their willing to listen and customize my workouts to help keep my core strong and the injuries away! These ladies are so knowledgeable about Pilates, wellness and beyond. They want to get you and your body to a happy, balanced and strong place. I now live in the city but make the commute for a massage at least once a month. I have been to many spas & fitness clubs in the city for massage and no one compares! The massage therapists are fantastic and again customize for you! For massage and Pilates, there is nothing like Swan Dive! 5 stars each!

I’ve been going to Swan Dive ever since they’ve opened. I’ve seen what the big health clubs offer and it doesn’t come close to the quality at Swan Dive. The instructors are so knowledgeable they helped me with my core work and flexibility. I wouldn’t think about going any place else and compared to the health clubs the cost is a savings especially for what you get. I have taken one of sons there who lives in DC and he exercises everyday and went back to DC and said the instructors there can’t be compared to Swan Dive. What a great place to exercise and to relieve stress.

I have been going to Swan Dive for over 4 years and have never felt better! It is the perfect combination of Pilates and other forms of exercise. All the trainers are very knowledgable, they all offer different wonderful things to your workout. The massage therapists are also fabulous. It’s one stop shopping, exercise and massage all at once! You can’t go wrong, try SWANDIVE!

My husband booked me a massage as a mother’s day gift. We were from out of town and I was really looking forward to the experience. We were told to arrive 10 – 15 minutes early(pretty standard). When we arrived early as directed the doors were locked and no one was there. We didn’t know if anyone was going to show and the phone number we had just rang inside so there was no one to call. When the woman giving the massage finally did arrive, it was after the appointment time and my husband was already on the phone looking for somewhere else to go. At that point we had been waiting outside for 20 minutes. She didn’t apologize for being late. If you aren’t going to have staff available to let in clients, don’t tell them to arrive early. The massage was fine, but during the massage, the masseuse’s cell phone went off twice(she did apologize) and she had to leave towards the end to let in the next client before finishing my massage. I understand that this isn’t a full service spa, but it was the little things that killed the experience for me.
