Froggy Bottoms River Suites

Dirty rooms and terrible service. Incredibly overpriced for what you get. Not suitable for small children as the railings on he deck certainly cannot be up to code. What a horrible experience. I will NEVER go back to this dump again. The Archer House may be smaller but if you have any problems there is an owner and management that will quickly help with any problems.

Taking my daughter to college was stressful enough, but Froggy Bottoms River Suites continuously added to that stress! The reservation was difficult to confirm. They changed managers between my reservation and stay to someone who was very confused. My reservation was wrong when they finally confirmed, adding a day to the beginning. Not only that, I was quoted one rate but then had to pay another because their rates had increased AFTER my reservation and there was no way to change it!
You don’t see anyone, just sort of self-​serve. Limited toiletries – we stayed 3 days with only 1 set of tiny shampoo/​conditioner/​soap. Box airconditioner that didn’t work well enough to cool down the room.
Sort of cute, lots of frogs everywhere! We left hangers (not needed from our daughter’s move-​in) in the closet for those who are coming behind us because there weren’t any.
For the price, it is NOT worth the money.
