Quality Appliance

I just moved to Northfield and I was looking to get some new appliances for my new home. I was worried the selection and prices were going to be higher than what I could find at Sears or Home Depot, but they were very comparable. They had a great selection on their show floor and they were also able to order anything from the brands they carry.
The delivery crew was fantastic, they took great care not to damage my floors and they completely set up all the appliances how they should be. They also were very knowledgeable about how to operate them, so I didn’t have to read through all of the manuals.
Their service department may be the biggest benefit to shopping there. I had an issue with my washer and I called them up and they came out the same day to come look at it and fix this issue.
I highly recommend Quality Appliance to anyone!

Nice to have parts and service local. HOWEVER, watch the prices. I like to shop local, but parts can be 2 ro 3 times as much as on net… yea yea yea, same everywhere, BUT, not at all friendly… so what are we paying for? Jeez. Front line folks should be friendly… not.
