Dollar Tree Stores

Two of the managers harassed me on both occasion I went to this location. I am disabled and it is particularly difficult for me to shop at all. It was five mins before closing, I was the only person at checkout and one of the managers became physical with me when I was trying to read the ingredients of one of the two items I was buying. I had to read the ingredients at checkout because she came down the isle to find me and tell me I had to leave because they were closing (they were closing in five mins and I was the only person in the store other than the two employees. She wouldn’t let me buy my two items, told me I smelled like alcohol, even though I do not drink at all, not even socially. She, however, smelled of cigarettes and alcohol. The entire store smells like cigarettes. As I was leaving without the two items I came for (which I called in advance, btw, to make sure they sold these items and to find out when they closed that day), the manager came from behind the counter, told me I smelled like alcohol, I told her I do not drink (I didn’t mention her very offensive cig/​alcohol combo) and then she pushed me – knowing I am disabled because I told her and it is physically obvious any way — and I ended up having to call the police. The police told me my information, including my full name and address would be made available to her. I did not press charges, due to that; I live nearby, she saw what car I was driving, could see (and was told) I would not be able to survive a physical altercation with her even though she is very skinny, and she is not cut out for any work where she needs to be a good person (that would be all jobs). I did report this to Dollar Tree and still have not heard back; it has been over one year. That especially is disheartening.
This is the Melody Drive, Northglenn, CO location. Before this extremely negative experience, I’d been a loyal Dollar Tree customer for almost two decades, in different states.

Well stocked, with a refrigerated/​frozen foods section, and this location cracks me up, because it’s completely carpeted in Dollar Tree green! You might notice a random character or two hanging around, as it’s practically in the parking lot of a bus transfer center, and the shopping center/​area it’s in is borderlined seedy.
A good stopoff for whenever I’m in that part of town.

They are always pretty neat and organized at this location. The staff is pretty nice, over all a good shopping experience. Love the price and the variety of items I have to choose from! ThAnks dollar tree

Decent Dollar Tree. Spacious. But when we were here, some of the aisle or the shelves were left empty. They have a refrigerated section which is located ALL the way back on the Extreme Left of this establishment. All in all, its an OK Dollar Tree. Hubs managed to get several items, while ONLY 1 item calling my name. *SIGH*
That evening, the Sales Associate, her name is Barbara. There is ample parking space outside this Dollar Tree. This Dollar Tree is situated in the NORTHGLENN SQUARE Shopping Strip Mall.
Recent visit was on Friday March 14^th 2014. Time was about 18:20hrs ish.

What a great selection. So much more inventory than any of the chicago stores.

Nice store, but no freezer food section here. Large and products move threw here quickly so there is always new stuff. The staff is nice

Actually, a very nice Dollar store. The staff is friendly and they are always stocked up with goodies. Food is in date and great.
The clientele is pretty sketchy though, Being adjacent to a bus stop. If you come at night, there are some strange folks. But during the day it’s wonderful. Personally, I like it since I used to live in downtown Denver. One of the few places to meet eccentric people up here in Northglenn.

This is a Nice Dollar Tree. They even have displays for gifts and how to piece it together and the cost on holidays. Nice Wide aisles. Always stocked. And the little grocery section is pretty cool as well. The employees are friendly and personable which goes along way.

I love dollar tree but I was a little disappointed they didn’t take coupons. Of course, with everything a dollar it is still a great place to buy things, and you can save the coupons for other stores.

This is my favorite Dollar store. They are always well stocked and the food I have purchased has always been fresh. No matter what I am looking for, it seems they have it some where.
I also found out that you don’t have to worry about buying every piece of a certain item. You can go on line and order more or find something you might have overlooked in shopping the store.
The staff is always helpful and the store is neat and clean. Everything looks fully stocked no matter when I go in. Whenever you are in the Dollar mode, go to this store if you are in the neighborhood.
