I recently just finished my lease here as of 06⁄2014. I’ve been here for a year and began my lease with a different leasing agents than they have now. The ones I started with were awful, they lost rent checks, told me my unit would have a dishwasher when it didnt, made up reasons as to why I needed to pay more money for rent every month, messed up my lease paper, etc. The ladies who are there now, are absoulety wonderful. They’ve revamped the roofs, got the complexes new front doors(my door would wiggle a significant amount before, even with the deadbolt locked) replaced water pipes, redid concrete holes in the side walks, etc. They cannot fix all the problems with an apartment complex that was built in the 70s, but the fact that they’re taking initiave to redo the complex and make it liveable is reason enough to at least stop by and see the renovations and see what they’re doing to make it better. As far as the noise, people, I think you get that with anywhere you go. There is a younger crowd here like myself because of the low priced apartments. I had a neighbor that lived below me that liked to blast music after quiet hours and have their bass up so much it knocked a picture off my wall, I talked to the leasing agents and she immediately walked over the next morning to ask them to turn it down. Any issues I had with the neighbors or even my apartment itself they promptly got to it. I had a clogged drain when showering and called maintenance who showed up probably an hour later and fixed it. I think this complex will turn around within the next few years if the ladies who are there now keep at it. I would strongly recommend this complex to anyone.
