If you’re bent on eating at a McDonald’s I suggest you keep on driving to the next one. The minute you walk in, it becomes clear that the franchise owner doesn’t care and the manager is clearly out of his or her league. The food is about standard. Most of the tables though were empty but dirty. The place seems to be the favorite hangout for the kids that skip school. They clearly own the place when they’re there and it shows. Other customers just keep their heads down, eat their food, and then slink out when they’re done. The ice machine on one of the two machines was empty or broken. I’d consider this an aberration if it weren’t all this way the few other times I’ve come. The owner and manager need to huddle, come up with a plan to fix things, and then implement the plan. The place clearly has problems.

Some how this location is always on cash only basis after 10pm. If they aren’t on a cash only basis there is always something else wrong.

The only reason I come to McDonald’s is because my son wants a Happy Meal. Well, we stopped at this McDonald’s and they didn’t have any toys for the Happy Meals. What?

Avoid this location and go to TacoBell next door. The staff here spent more time screwing around then cleaning the place. The bathroom looked like a dive bar bathroom after a Friday night. I guarantee it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks and that I’m sure goes for the rest of this place. Nasty just nasty!

Walked into this McDonald’s one sunny morning and ordered a Sausage McGriddle sandwich only. «Astonishing Ashley», her name tag read, gave me an egg McMuffin instead. I repeated what my original order was an stated that this was not it. Well, Astonishing Ashley really quickly became Astonishingly Rude Ashley, as she took the sandwich, went and placed the correct order, and proceeded to throw the sandwich on the tray – no apology – as ill-mannered as could be. I watched her serve several people and I thought she should first, be sent to a course in basic manners, then, basic customer service, then, be reminded that she receives a paycheck because people shop at THAT McDonald’s.(There are certainly others!)

I wish there was a negative star rating for this McDonald’s. I have resolved that today was the last day I would waste my money at McDonald’s. The drive thru clerk entered in two small french fries when I asked for two small Sprites. The clerk tried to fix it but was clearly new. The manager Cody refused to fix the items and insisted I pay for the fries and he’d give me the Sprites. There was a .78 cent difference and out of principle I insisted on being charged for what I ordered and not more because he was too lazy to fix it. He finally came to the paying window and said«What the F#*$@ is the problem?» Seriously? I tried to tell him it was .78 cents more and he completely ignored me. When I asked for his name he walked away. I’m sorry but I refuse to waste my money at an establishment that has such a low standard for their management and even lower customer service skills. #DonewithMcDonalds

ABSOLUTELYTERRIBLE! The food is fine and like any other McDonald’s, but the drive through is horribly slow and the costumer service is does not come close to even the lowest expectations. I waited for 15 in the drive through even though the line wasn’t long, then waited another 15 minutes for my food(which was only a shake and fries). This is easily the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had and this branch of McDonald’s is absolutely awful. If you can help it, don’t go here.

Drive thru is unique here because it forks into two paths for your orders. It doesn’t make it faster though because they alternate between the two to take orders and the divergent paths merge for the pay and pick up window. The advantage of it however is that it makes the line appear shorter and creates less parking lot blockage. My $ 1 spicy chicken sandwich was satisfying but was strangely only partially wrapped in the bag. The paper around it was folded weirdly exposing the sandwich. The shamrock milkshakes back and it’s 660 calories. I don’t think I can ever convince myself that that’s worth it. I had 4 piece chicken nuggets from their $ 1 menu and they were crispy & tasty with a sweet & sour sauce.

I use this McDonalds because it’s right down the street from my job, and it’s the fastest way to get breakfast. The service is usually fairly quick, although this is due to the staff running around with their heads cut off. They’ll often take your order, wait 20 – 30 seconds and then ask you to repeat yourself. They also forget sandwiches or give you the wrong sandwiches. I ordered a combo with an extra sandwich, and received an extra hashbrown minus the sandwich that I paid for. They also never fully toast your bread on your McMuffin, and deliver half cooked soggy eggs. Very disorganized. You can often hear people chatting through the drive through speaker. Granted they are faster than the McDonalds off 102nd and Washington, and 104th and federal. The food isn’t always bad, the service isn’t always terrible, its just sad that it’s so hit or miss.

I ordered $ 25 worth of burgers and chicken. The employees were doing nothing but screwing around behind the counter… when I got my bags, I made it all the way home to realize that several things weren’t in the bags and both special sandwiches I ordered weren’t as special as I wanted. I went back to the location, bringing both of my bags, I received my missing food and to fix the sandwiches that were wrong, they used the ones I already had… really!!! Is it your policy to screw up orders, half assedly fix them, then put a free partially frozen apple pie in the bag to make up for the fact that I had to make two trips, put up with idiotic teenaged employees that don’t listen to the manager and eat COLD food because you screwed up my order? Would it have killed you to replace my order with one that was hot and correct? Very disappointed McDonalds. You’re really sticking it to the little guy… I guess that’s where Starbucks gets it from.
