This location seriously is a joke! 40 minutes to get to the window??? Then tell me its gonna be a 16 minute wait why do you rub it in??? Its not like i can leave the line. Im stuck!

Just tried to grab something quick before long drive up the mountain. Kids wanted cheese roll ups. Wow! Was told 10 – 15 min? Seriously never rate fast food because it’s all not great but this was bad!

I never review things on here, but this Taco Bell is the actual worst, slower than a sit down restaurants service. Don’t waste your time.

Seriously Taco Bell, you have one job and that is fast food, quasi-​Mexican it may be. 9:00 at night with fewer then 15 people in the dining room and it is taking you over 15 minutes to get the food out? The reason given for the insane delay, we have a million orders to do.

This location is going downhill fast. When people are waiting a minimum of 30 minutes for their under $ 5 order, staff is instructed not to take new orders, cashiers walk out on shift and doors are locked to any new coming patrons… this is a big problem. No plans to visit this location again. Ever. I could have walked in to a sit-​down dining restaurant and received my food in this time spent.
I only rate one star because it’s required.

If I could give this TACO BELL Negative stars I would. Worst Taco Bell ever… Always forever long lines for the drive thru and when you go inside they basically just ignore you! I went there a couple weeks ago and ordered a taco box half nacho cheese tacos and half regular tacos, well low and behold they totally screwed it up and gave me all fiery tacos… I went in told the cashier about the mistake and asked to speak w a Manager in which the cashier responded which one we have three… I then told her whichever one is available. The cashier at that point walked back and spoke to apparently what was one of the managers (a very young girl w a horrible freakin attitude) and told her that our order was wrong. The «manager» rolled her eyes looked at us looked back at her employee and asked her «well what do they want us to do about it…» By then I was getting a little irritated especially when the cashier came back to us and asked in a really shitty way well um what would you like us to do about it mam. I said fix it. I would like what we ordered or I would like my $$ back so I can go else where. Kindly enough they corrected the order and the manager came to the front to give us our food I thanked her and asked her name and asked if she was the head manager and all she did was look at her badge and said um for now yea. I told her that we had not experienced good customer service and I would be calling to complain. We turned around to leave and just as we approached the door this teenage «Manager» gives us a Whatever… Very nice staff you have Taco Bell. NOT. This location displays absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever and the staff seems to be nothing but a bunch of Teens with bad attitudes that hate their jobs. Do yourself a favor and make the extra few minutes drive to go to a Taco Bell Location elsewhere.

Got a number 7. It was good. I’m tired from working 14 hours today or I’d have a better review for everyone.

If I could leave negative 100 stars I would! Serious wtf 20mins in the drive thru with 10 of those mins at the window with no one telling us what was going on then have them come finally tell us they were out of chicken! WORSE TACO BELL EVER! Rude people who seem absolutely incompetent to do their job of taco making!

Some days here are better than others. First day here cashier sat on a chair and listened to her headphones between orders. Wasn’t very friendly. Haven’t seen here since but let’s hope she was removed from her position.

Worst Taco Bell ever!!! I really think this place is under staffed or they have no idea what they are doing! I went through the drive thru 2 nights ago and sat there for 20 minutes! Had there not been someone behind me I would’ve driven off. When I finally received my order I checked to make sure everything was there and drove off. When I got home I started to eat my chicken burrito and realized it was missing something… THE CHICKEN! The only thing I had in my burrito was rice! Yep, my dinner consisted of a rice burrito and cold crunchy taco. I won’t be going back there again!
