Love this place, I have been going since it first opened and yes the lines and wait can be long but way worth it. Try it all the breakfast is delicious and pretty much every choice is awesome!

I stop by here for a breakfast burrito, the. Drive through line is really long but it is so worth it. They’re bigger than other Santiago’ s breakfast burritos and easily ordered through a drive through window. Hot chili is great aka delicious. Only reason I voted four stars is the wait time, it’s a bummer.

This review is only for the breakfast burrito, as it is the only thing I have ever had. But man, does it keep me flying 1500+ miles to get it. This wonderful concoction is not over sized, I usually eat one then another one an hour later. They put some amazing sauce on it, but it is so spicy so I get mild. I have tried the half and half and it is still too spicy for me. You get what they have, every day it is one kind(ham, chorizo, bacon, etc). I was so lucky to show up on a Sunday and find out chorizo was the flavor of the day(obviously this is a close tie with bacon, but a winner). Every time I am in the drive thru I am tempted to try something new, but I can’t break away from the breakfast burrito. Maybe one of these days I will have to go when they aren’t serving breakfast to try, until then…

Edit: So against my better judgment, I caved to my craving for Indian tacos. This time, there was a lady taking orders and she did a thousand times better than the boy that was working last time. She knew the menu, got my order right and it was a much easier time. I’m still keeping the review at 3 stats because the first experience was so bad. I love santiagos food, but I well never return to this location due to incompetence. I came by for a simple order of Indian tacos. Here’s what happened: Me: can I get the Indian taco? Him: the Indian taco? Me: yes, only can I get it without tomatoes please. Him: oh, you want the supreme? (Note there’s no supreme option for the Indian taco) Me: no, last I knew the Indian tacos came with tomatoes, but if they don’t, then great. So can I get that and a small mountain dew and churros. Him: okay so a small mountain dew, churros, and Indian taco? Me: yes. I roll up to the window, hand him my card, he hands me my drink and my card. I wait. And them: Him: here you go(handing me a burrito of some sort) Me: I didn’t order this. I ordered an Indian taco. Him: oh, well, that’s gonna cost more. Me: well that’s what I ordered. You even repeated it back to me.(This was the biggest problem. He repeated everything back to me and still got it this wrong) are you going to rewind me this order before you charge me again? Him: yes.(Hands me back my card and turns to go back in) Me:(figuring I have to remind him) I also ordered churros) At this point, a woman, whom I believe was the manager walked by, asked if he heard, and went in and told him. I finally got my order, correctly that time. But the fact that he repeated every single item to me, didn’t know the menu at all(my Indian taco had tomatoes) and was very incompetent in charging, I will NEVER return to this location.

Great Mexican food, breakfast burritos for $ 2.45 can’t be beat! Delicious & spicy green chili on everything is the way I like it. Beware sometimes a long line. Drive-up only!!!

Food is really good. Only reason I’m giving 3 stars because I’m sitting at your window after ordering been sitting here 5 minutes nobody opens the window nothing. Terrible! Then you open the window laughing??? Really???

Unfortunately, Santiago’s just don’t do it for me. Spicy chili does not make-up for lack of flavor. My old job would get breakfast burritos from here all the time but they can never compare to the breakfast burritos at burrito & company on 58th and Washington.

Great smothered bean burritos and breakfast burritos. Beware of how much you eat though, these foods are packed with way more calories than expected. Justifiable by how tasty they are.

I honestly do not understnad the hype around santiagos the burritos are horrible the chicken tastes like it’s been sitting around in water all day. I just dont get the long lines what am I missing here

A) How long does it REALLYNEEDTO take to sling burritos? and B) POSTYOURBREAKFASTHOURS! Nothing more bummer than showing up at noon for a breakfast burrito and getting told«no bueno».

The price at the Brighton location is cheaper. The service is also quicker there. The quality and taste of the food is better at other locations. This is a good spot to stop for a quick, not quick, there is a long wait, breakfast if you want something different from McDonald’s.

Went yesterday and the girl taking my order had to ask me 3 times to repeat myself despite me talking loudly to the speaker. The breakfast burritos aren’t worth the hype but I do think the deluxe chicken burrito is pretty good for a quick fast food fix. There is always a line, the prices just went up but they gave warning before doing so, so at least it wasn’t a surprise.

I typically go here on the way to work and pick up a breakfast burrito with cheese. Their breakfast burritos change daily with the meat. They do have a sign at the drive thru telling you what the special meat is for the day. The quality is pretty consistent, though the half and half is still pretty spicy. Start off with mild and work your way up. I recommend this place for breakfast, definitely!

Always a wait but is so worth the time!!! The breakfast burritos are the bomb when you’re hung over on the weekend and delicious when your not! Love love love the Mexican hamburger. Really anything on their menu is worth trying a couple of times! You won’t be disappointed! !!

Always a line here but patience pays off when you’re getting one of the best green chili. Always get the half and half but the hot is sweat worthy. Love the carnitas and bean burrito smothered in half and half.

This place is awful the food isn’t consistent sometimes my quesadillas are stale and sometimes there perfect. But if your food isn’t properly done you have to turn back around and wait in line for another 15 mins.

Two words: Stuffed Sopapillas. OMG. Cheap, so filling and when smothered in half and half chile(half hot, half mild but much hotter than the medium you might expect it to blend into!) then add a little lettuce and tomato and you are set! I usually eat this anytime I am in the area and need my spicy fix. Downside? THELINE! Sometimes you get really really licky and you wont have a line in the drivethru but that isnt most of the time but it is worth the wait, the food is fresh and I have truly NEVER had a bad experience at this location! I used to live in Broomfield and this was my go to spot for Chile. I live farther south now and have a Santiagos near my home but it isn’t the same as this little Express location. Love it!

Santiago’s is solid. This express always does a ton of business and the wait is a little annoying. Overall the food is good. We had the sausage smothered burrito which is good. The green chili is great but tends to make the burrito a little much. Maybe would forego the cheese next time. It’s a good spot but interested in finding something different that didn’t take 30−40min to get out of there.

Okay been here several times and eaten their food here more than that. My hub’s raved about their burritos and how it was the best he thought he had. I had it and it was delicious the first few times he brang it home, but nothing outstandingly good IMO. So I decided to go on my own and bought $ 60 worth of different burriots, tacos, chili. Overall this place is over priced and so far times I’ve gone through drive-thru it’s been a LONG wait, even when I only ordered 2 things the last 2 times I went. Let me tell you, it’s ALWAYSLONG!!! the wait is RIdiculous and If I wasn’t stuck I would’ve driven off several times. Burritos: It’s tasty, but over priced. The monday Ham burrito is pretty good. So far they haven’t had chorizo available the last 2 times I’ve gone. Tacos– pretty good, but again OVER priced. Hot chile– Wow, it’s Just hot and you can’t taste anything beyond it, but every so often I want to cry. But you save time buying this at Kings soopers. Mile Chile– pretty good I say try this place once, maybe twice, but don’t get suckered into trying it over and OVER thinking all the ravings about how so called«good» they are will give you some kind of food Utopian feeling because trust me I’ve tried. I feel like I’m a bozo chasing the end of the rainbow to find my pot of gold that never seems within reach. Oh wait! I am that«BOZO!» LOL. but in my defense back in Hawaii you are able to see and be actually in the End of the rainbow and it is attainable, but with no pot of gold. Hmm… that should tell me something about this place right? I’m a glutton for punishment because the way the Hubs describes this place makes me Salivate and always go back to give it another try…

Order the hot green chile on just about any food choice and you will awaken your senses and sweat bullets. Anyway careful with the hot. it is HOT. I prefer the medium green chile and everything I have tried here has been pretty tasty and very affordable.
