Horrible customer service I was ordering on the phone and had questions about a fundraiser Pizza Hut card I had bought from a student selling subway, Pizza Hut, and Starbucks cards for his soccer team to get new uniforms. The«Manager» a woman who’s name is unknown because she is to cowardly to speak it was rude and didn’t comprehend what I was asking apparently about the free medium pizza with a 15+ purchase. Didn’t even give her the satisfaction to take my order after she hesitated when I said I can come in and show here my coupon then laughed with whoever was in the background and I said have a nice day and hung up! So unprofessional and Pizza Hut 119th and Washington lost a customer for LIFE !!!

After placing an order online, I was quoted a delivery time about 30 min. The 30 min, passed and I had to call almost an hour later to see where the delivery guy was. Get my pizza and it looks like it was just thrown together. 3 of the slices(on the medium pizza) didn’t even have cheese on it. Ordered the cheddar breadsticks and the cheese was so baked on it was not even enjoyable. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog. Disappointed and not returning.

Horrible customer service, we ordered a pizza for take out and they took a while to even come out to greet us, the employees were all in the kitchen. When they finally came out they gave me the total and kept on taking to each other they forgot about me. When I finally got my pizza I came home to find out they didn’t add the extra ingredients I paid for. The cinnamon sticks looked disgusting.

We ordered wings from here this evening for the Broncos game. I wasn’t thrilled as Pizza Hut is never my first choice but the other restaurants had long waits so I acquiesced. Awful awful awful service! 1) they forgot our fries. The delivery guy asked if ’ we wanted a credit or if he really needed to come back with them’ 2) when i called to voice my dissatisfaction the manager, Anthony, hung up on me. 3) upon calling back they placed me on an indefinite hold and never talked to me again 4) our fries were never delivered! Save yourself the trouble and order from a company that hires employees with integrity and customer service! What a joke!

I’ve had about four visits here. While the food hasn’t been bad, this particular location needs a bit of work with order fulfillment and customer service. This particular location offers dine-in, carry-out, and delivery. Although every order has been placed online for pickup, the dining room always seems like it needs a good cleaning — lots of unbussed tables, and people leaving their carry out boxes everywhere. While the online time estimator is usually surefire at all other locations I’ve been to everywhere — something the franchise takes great pride in, from what I hear — there always seem to be excessive wait times upon arrival at this location. One one visit, I placed an order at 8:45, and got there at 9:05 per the time estimator’s instruction. Upon arrival, the place was locked up tight. It took about seven calls to the store and several minutes while waiting outside to get through to a live person and bypass the automated phone system for someone to finally unlock the doors, as I was told that they lock automatically on a timer. I had to wait several more minutes for the employee to utilize the cash register in the back to get my change, as the front one had already shut down, although all the signs on the storefront and on their website stated they didn’t close until 11pm. Looks like it could be a potentially dangerous place if a gas leak or fire ever broke out or something, with all of these automated phone systems, automated locking doors, automated cash registers and what not. It’s OK in a pinch, but I’ve had much quicker, smoother runs at the Colorado Boulevard location.

We call up Pizza Hut on occasion when we don’t feel like cooking and decide to ignore our nutritional needs for the evening. However, this place will no longer be our go-to. We ordered about a month and a half ago. Although our delivery then was faster than average, our pizza arrived cold! So, last night we thought we’d give them another shot. Upon calling I was informed that they«ain’t got any deals» anymore unless I pick up my order. Apparently their $ 10.00 pizzas are no longer available; of course, I understand this is a corporate level implementation, not decided locally. Anyhow, before I could ask any further questions or place an order I was –very rudely– placed on hold for over 5 minutes. I hung up and called BlackJack. Sorry Pizza Hut you’ve lost our business. May I suggest hiring operators who speak semi-decent English and have at least a full week’s background in customer service?

I am increasinng the stars by one because we had a good experience and it’s only fair. Sunday afternoon and everyone was too lazy to cook-at least the cook was. So, we had delivery from this Pizza Hut. Service was fast-always is at this Pizza Hut, in store or out. The price fair-but this time the pizza was GOOD. the last time i reviewed Pizza Hut I mentioned the sauce gave me gas and tasted bad. Not this time! The pizza was fresh and the deep dish crust darn near perfect. and the sauce fine. Good pizza all around. Go figure-is it me or is it the sauce subject to «off days»?
