Uncle Maddio’s Pizza

We decided to try this restaurant on a whim and have been back twice!
Awesome, chewy crust and super fresh ingredients (they chopped the jalapeño in front of me). They also have great kids meals at a reasonable price. Staff was very friendly and guided us to the best deals. We visited during a snow storm and I was impressed that they were closing early to let their employees get home safely. Will definitely be a regular here.
We only tried the pizza, because it was so good, but they also had great looking salads and sandwiches.

I went into this location today for lunch and received EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, along with GREAT FOOD. The staff was great. and to top it off the most, you never get at a restaurant now of days, where your order is place with the actual manager. His name was Nyenye, and his explanations of the entires was well understood, and the pizza and salad I received for my husband and myself was GREAT! I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this restaurant if your in the Westminster area, and want to eat some great PIZZA AND SALAD!!!

Tried them for the first time tonight and let me just say it was not a good first impression. Placed an online order for a 16 inch spicy Italian pizza and when I arrived to pick it up, I was presented with a mini pizza. Obviously I told them this was incorrect and they appeared surprised despite the fact that I had the email order confirmation to verify my order. Then proceeded to say that they would need to restart the pizza I had originally ordered. So, my order that I was told would be ready in 15 minutes of placing it was actually not ready until one hour later. I was not offered any compensation for their mix up, and in fact had to ask for it at which time I was given a coupon for a 9 inch pizza (so not equal value to what I had ordered in the first place), and a coupon for an entrée salad that expired on 12÷31÷15, signed by Rob. They did give me the mini pizza that they had originally mistakenly made, however, that was incorrect too (missing ingredients that their menu says belong on a spicy Italian pizza). The pizza itself is honestly not that good. The «spicy Italian» had no spice at all and was pretty bland with overly fatty sausage. I will not be eating here again. There are plenty of other pizza places in the area that not only get the order right, but within the timeframe promised and that taste much better.

And pizza made right in front of you based on whatever you choose. Like a subway that does bomb ass pizza rather than dry ass sandwiches. I will pass a lot of pizza places to have this pizza.

The assembly-​line style here is a great way to get your pizza just how you like it. Three toppings included on a personal size pizza sure beats the other pizza guys who often $ 1 for each topping. We had two 9-​inch pizzas. Fresh toppings and lots of choices! Fun environment, a little crowded as we stopped by on their opening day. My husband and I will be coming back to try their desserts and a beer!
