Pizza Hut

I like to order online and pick up. All orders take less than 15 minutes. One time, the order was wrong but they were quick to correct it which I appreciated.
The $ 5 menu is great! I can change things up to keep it interesting and I can feed my friends and I for under $ 11. It’s a steal!
I have not had the delivery issues I read about because I always do pick up. Perhaps that is a better alternative and you save the delivery fees and tips. And you’re not reliant on someone else to find your home.

Usually I have outstanding service from ordering online and offline but this particular center was horrible! Not only was our pizza over an hour late the driver was lost and needed step by step directions. When I had exasusted all other options, directions and even driving to the location of the delivery driver I called the store to cancel the order and ask for a refund of my 35+$ and spoke to a manager who very rudely said «sorry it’s his first day your order will be refunded In a week or two» this is the worst store (minus the only staff employee megan who apologized on behalf of the manager and poor service) I will NEVER EVER order pizza Hut again for myself family or business. I will be sure to share this with everyone I know.

I only ever get wings because I hate pizza. They are always good. I order carryout and the service is horrible it always takes more then 5 minutes for them to even come and talk to me. Then another 10 waiting for them to figure out the orders. They are a jumbled up mess.

Every time I order from here there is an issue. The crust toppings are NEVER included. Pizza’s normally lukewarm at best. I don’t think they’ve ever been on time with they’re delivery. This Pizza Hut is bringing the rest of them down. The bar isn’t set high to begin with, but this is not good.

I called this store after my pizza was 15 minutes late, the person that answered the phone said that a driver was already on their way. I live half a mile from this Pizza Hut location, so you can imagine my surprise when the pizza still wasn’t here after an additional 45 minutes of waiting. I called the store once more and was told that a driver was on their way, I told the person that answered that the prior person said the same thing 45 minutes ago. I was transferred to a manager. The manager I spoke to was very rude and could care less about the long wait time I was experiencing. She proceeded to tell me that the projected wait time given wasn’t accurate and that there is no way of knowing when my pizza would arrive as many drivers called in. I never received an apology or any sort of empathetic response from anyone! Needless to say I canceled my order and will never be ordering from them EVER again. There is a Papa Johns that is close by that delivers also, which is where my pizza dollars will now be spent.

I wish Unilocal would allow zero stars. But we order a pizza from this place and I took about 2 hours for it to arrive. We called twice and all they would say was it was «dispatched» and on its way. We spoke to the manager and she could have cared less and didn’t even apologize. Poor customer service and no work ethic there. I wish we would have read the review on this place because he is telling the truth. We ended up cancelling our order and ordering papa Johns which took a fraction of the timr to get here.

Worst delivery ever! Took 2 hours to deliver a pizza. Theses people are dragging the pizza hut’s standards down.
