Office Depot

Either customer service is non existent these days or I have bad luck with people. I go to purchase tags and have them printed, the girl at the Copy Center tells me they have not had any luck with Avery tags and they have intended to get it fixed but it just hasn’t happened… that they haven’t in a while. And they can’t print labels either. So I go to purchase my tags and go to the register. The girl hardly speaks… When I give her my phone number for the rewards card she puts it into the system and it turns her monitor towards me and proceeded to stare at me for a minute. I asked her what she needed and she tells me I am trying to ask you if this is you. If she was trying to ask me she should try using her words.

This is just for their copy and print section.
I usually stop here when I need copies of my resume printed or need something laminated. The girl that works the copy and print center is slow. I email things I need printed at least an hour ahead and I always have to wait for her to print them while I’m there. I don’t even know why they have the email option if it doesn’t save time.

I work in an office/​corporate headquarters… so most of my office needs are addressed.
But when the home printer goes out… I headed here for the «ol 98» ink cartridge.
Instead of HP brand ink cartridge I went with the generic and refill Office Depot brand.
We will see if you fits the need and whether the $ 6 I «saved» is worth it.

The prices are high, you can go elsewhere and get pretty much everything they sell for cheaper. However, the reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because the one time I was there they helped me find exactly what I needed and there wasn’t even a line to check out.
