Such a wonderful liquor shop. Located in the picturesque Northport village. They often carry rare bottles that you cannot find at bigger box establishments. If they don’t have it they will order it for you. The owners are so friendly and are always excited to share their knowledge about not only wines but bourbons, whiskey, liquor. Often they will offer a tasting if they can’t describe it to satisfaction. They also always invite our dog to come in and offer a biscuit which is a big plus. I like to give them my business as they represent the great things about small local businesses.

Nice little wine and spirits shop in downtown Northport. They have a good variety of wines from around the world. Not the biggest selection of spirits and liquors but I always seem to find something interesting each time. Their very helpful and friendly staff offer tastings which is where I always find something new. Prices are surprisingly reasonable for the area too. It’s no Bottles and Cases but a nice place to shop local and I highly recommend it.

Very nice ambiance. Located in the heart of Northport village this jewel features proprietors that have a palpable passion for wine and a knowledge of it that proves to be exceedingly helpful when suggesting varieties to suit an individual’s palate. While the selection could be expanded a bit, it’s nevertheless a truly a welcome addition to wine lovers’ options. Check it out when you’re looking for a new wine shop experience. You won’t regret doing it.

The owner of Corktree is very knowledgeable, and can help you find the perfect wine or spirit for any occasion. The atmosphere is clean, friendly, and fun as there are always tastings available. Their selection is modest yet thorough and there is always something fun and new to try. One of the better wine and liquor stores in Northport, I definitely recommend a visit!

I usually have to buy my wine in the city. The stores on Long Island tend to have overpriced, mediocre wine. I gave the Corktree a shot. I walked in and I was greeted by the owner. He stated the store has been open for just 3 months. I then asked for a certain wine and he actually had it. I was shocked. The owner asked if I wanted to do a tasting of a wine he had opened. I felt like I was in good hands so I said yes. The wine was very good. Again I was shocked. I was actually having a positive experience at a wine store on Long Island. The owner has a passion for wine and you can tell by the quality of the wines he sells. The Corktree has some very good wines at very reasonable prices. The owner mentioned he has tastings on Saturdays at 3pm. I hope this store sticks around for a long time.
