Dog-Gone Fancy

They don’t deserve one star, but it’s the lowest rating I can give!!! I scheduled my two huskies to be groomed a couple of months after we moved here. I explained to them that my younger one had a bad experience elsewhere and was very skittish. My previous groomer prepared notes for our new groomer which I gave to them. She explained my dogs likes/​dislikes and that my younger husky would bite if her feet or rear end were messed with. I went to pick them up and I should have refused to pay the $ 190 they charged. All they said they could do was bath and dry the younger husky, and they ruined the bigger husky’s coat. It had gaps everywhere… looked like something with very dull scissors got a hold of her. What’s amazing is that when PetSmart opened, I took them there and Krystal did a phenomenal job on them. She was even able to groom my younger husky, just not touch her feet or rear end. She said she had no problem bathing, drying or furminating her. Total for both to be bathed and groomed…$ 116! I would not recommend Dog-​Gone Fancy to anyone!

I have returned and the service I received was much better. The owner even contacted me and offered a free groom.
