Haven is a beautiful new gallery in the center of town. Unlike some of the other galleries in Northport it’s set back just a bit from the Main Street, right behind Rockin Fish. The old carriage house set into the hillside gives it a bucolic and almost magical feeling, like you’ve stumbled onto a unique treasure. And you have! The art represented here is unlike what you will find at all the other local galleries so it’s absolutely worth a visit. The owners are very passionate about what they do and it shows. Definitely stop in next time you’re in town and you will see what I mean. I’ll be going back to see the shows as they are changed. It’s very exciting to have this kind of space on Long Island!
