Very poor customer service and a nasty blonde saleswoman! My girlfriend purchased an item designed to be attached with suction cups. The item fell and broke and we asked for a refund. This was summarily refused with the excuse that «this has never happened», which the saleswoman woulldn’t stop repeating. The saleswoman then stated that «none of these stores give refunds», to which I pointed out that since we were In this specific store, we were disinterested in the sales policies of others. The woman called her boss and my girlfriend picked out another item with store credit.
We’re not coming back… if they wish to remain in business, an attitude adjustment is highly recommended!
