Though we are only in the «gathering» bids stage of a pool-​reno, I’d have to say that Jorge of Bros Pool Services is the most helpful, articulate and personable contractor I’ve spoke with yet. He took time to explain which made me feel very comfortable that he knows his pools and also how to interact on a project to win clients confidence. He was not only honest in describing potentials issues that will arise from selecting darker hues of plaster to having some great workaround ideas to update our old 80’s look pool design that would blend the wants and needs of both the husband and myself. I am anxious to acquire his bid and hope it’s competitive enough that we are able to select his team for our job!

Had our in ground pool replastered and retiled in April 2014. Jorge and his crew completed the job in 4 days as promised. We were worried the yard would look in shambles during the process but his team was so clean and professional. The outcome was a beautifully smooth replastered pool. He will advise you before, during, and after the process. We could not be happier!

I hired Brother’s pool service to replaster my ugly pool and was extemely satisfied with the service. Everything I expected was completed to my complete satisfaction. The first day the pool was drained. The second day they chipped out the old plaster and bead blasted all the hard water deposits from the tile. The third day they showed up with at 5 (I think) workers and did the plastering and installed the two hand rails I requested after making sure the position was right for me. All the trash was hauled away and the area cleaned up. They also left me with complete instructions on starting up the pool again. They offered to do the startup, but that is something I could handle, but it was a lot of work doing the brushing, checking chemicals etc. I dealt with Jorge who was always polite, helpful and professional. I had questions afterwards and he returned my call promptly. The price was competitive and fair. I highly recommend Brother’d Pool service if you need you pool replastered.

Jorge Hernandez presented the options to us on our pool re-​model. He then helped us make informed decisions. The work was performed by Jorge and his staff in a meticulous and timely manner.
