Burger King

One of the very few BKs in the Valley. The restaurant is nicely kept clean. The staff are nice and friendly.
The menu has changed a lot over the years since I was a kid. The way they prepare it was different too. I remember when the burgers were char broiled and you can really taste it. Now the burgers are made to look char broiled. I’ve tried the new items but none can’t beat the classic Whopper (with cheese of course).
BK is still a good alternate choice to the other fast food burger joints.

The drive thru guy Luis was upbeat and friendly! Was very quick and I was happy with service!

The best Bk I’ve ever been to the fries are just right and the burgers are the right texture

I don’t like it that much, but the good thing that they renewed the store and it became much better service. Hope they keep getting better.

Right now as I write this the building appears to be undergoing a remodel. I wonder what it will look like once they are done.
I’m giving this place a simple 3 stars because this location is just ok. I ordered three Whoppers and they came out looking sad and sloppy. I know some people who ask why am i judging a Burger king but hey there are differences in burger kings ok. Some are super friendly and some have food tasting better than others. This particular one was just ok.

Slow, slow, soooooooo slow. Walked in, placed my order at 10 in the morning on a Saturday. There were only two other customers in the joint and they were already munching on their food. 10:10 came and went, 10:20 as well… finally I asked what the fuck was taking so long. The manager said «Oh i’m sorry for the wait, how can we assist you?» Umm. giving me my food would be helpful sir. Finally 10:30 rolls around and my food comes out and the manager tells an employee to give me an order of hashbrowns for the wait. Much appreciated, but I blew my whole lunch break waiting for that shit. Not gonna lie, i’ll probably hit that place again.

Went tonight after going to my favorite foot massage place. I had the BK fish, was pretty good. The fries were hot an fresh. The guy who works the day shift is hilarious, and makes coming here more fun. I have never experienced long waits here. The food is usually decent, and its in a good location.

The food is par with other burger kings however the drive thru is always so freaking slow. I live near by and have never had a speedy drive through experience like other places.

these fries are NASTY
bland as can be, yet WAY tooo salty
now i know fast food places won’t go all out with seasonings, chili, poutine etc etc but this small order tasted like it had a pound of salt yet still no ‘flavor’

By far my favorite Fast Food place. I’m not sure why the reviews are so low. People are so picky.
Let’s tart with Customer Service. You really have to be an intelligent person to understand the guy at the Drive through has a sense of humor, he’s not creepy. At first I thought so but it’s just his personality. He’s really nice and one of the reasons I come back.
The food is great and I just had the best Veggie Burger in my life, from a Burger King with a Morning Start Patty. The combo with a medium drink and fry only came to about $ 5.50 or so. Who ever grilled the Veggie Burger did it really well. Please know I’m not very picky and I don’t care if it’s prepared on the same grill as normal meat. It’s not going to kill you, an animal didn’t suffer because your fake meat touched the same place real meat.
After the remodel the inside looks great. The only annoying thing, is that the menu sometimes changes because they use wide screen LCDS. It changes to an advertisement and then you got to wait to see what you want.

Very quick and friendly service besides the guy at the drive thru being a bit of a creep. I came right around lunchtime and there was absolutely no one in the drive thru lane. This shocked me since this particular Burger King is located in a very congested area. I will definitely make this my go to Burger King if I am ever in need of fast food in a hurry.

It’s ok for a quick bite to eat, but they should demolish this BK down and just build a Five Guys or In N out. The dine in experience is so depressing they should include some anti depressants to your meal. Service was… ok at best.

You may note I have 1 Check-​In here, but what you don’t know is that I was only able to «Check-​In» in the parking lot. The doors were locked and I was not able to be served.
The dining room closes at 10:00pm, guess when I got there?
9:51pm. Yup, closed early.
It’s not like it was 9:59, and my clock could have been off a minute or two, it was almost 10 minutes early, and by the looks of the place inside they had been closed longer. Sure the drive through was open, but I wanted to dine in.
I swore years ago I would not visit this place again but was craving a Whopper and this was the only BK Lounge around…
Suffice to say, this place is now and forever off limits to me.

I believe the last time I went to burger king WILLINGLY was over 12yrs ago. So this night my little one happen to request their food (don’t know why) First off there were a few people waiting for their order and there was only 1 employee visible on the floor whom was the only person taking the orders. So she stops taking orders and starts putting together all those other orders that belong to the people already waiting SMH I was pissed at this point but I decided to give this place a fair chance and told myself that it WAS NOT her fault it was BAD MANAGEMENT. Point is she had horrible customer service, she smiled but it was a fake smile that pleaded FREEDOM from that place. My daughters chicken tenders were cold and the fries had tons of salt. I had to try A frie and a piece of a chicken tender NOT GOOD. All in all place SUCKS just like I remember from over a decade ago. NOT going back specially not to this one.

Well, I come to this Burger King all the time. It’s been here forever. This time when i ordered, the girl in the drive through was a little short with me, maybe she was having a bad day or maybe the b*tch was just on the rag. Whatever the case maybe I would love it if they hold the attitude with that whopper order.

I agree with all reviews… Just hate it when people have to ask about everything on the menu, and getting their coupons out. People have things organize please!
