Good food, very friendly people. This isn’t a place to go if you’re in a hurry, but I love the leisurely pace and the wide variety of food. If you’re really hungry and ambitious, try their French toast. It’s enough for 3 or more and it tastes delicious

Great breakfast place! Had my first taste of Moroccan food and it was amazing. I ordered the shakshuka. It’s chicken and eggs in a tomato stew. Don’t order this unless you’re really hungry! The sauce is tangy and not too spicy. They serve it with fresh pita they make on site. My buddies orders the famous French toast with a funnel cake on top and eggs with bacon. This place is the type of spot you want next to your house for this weekends when you wanna go out for breakfast. It’s a really good experience and they have outstanding service.

I’m sorry guys but I don’t see what the big deal is. I had breakfast and it was nothing to write home about but definitely something to write a review about. I could’ve made a better breakfast at home. You gotta be kidding me?! Not that it was bad it just wasn’t gooood which is why you eat out. That, and you’re getting something you can’t make at home, at least for me. This I could’ve made at home. Never again. Sorry. And look at my reviews, I rave about places rarely slam them. Maybe dinner here is great but breakfast, no way. Joe’s Café next time.

I felt a bit intimidated thinking that I would not find a big, classic breakfast at a place like this but I was wrong! The menu is a story book and there pretty much is everything you may be desiring for breakfast. Of course the french toast was something to try, after reading the delicious recipe. It was basically french toast but in a funnel cake fashion and was huge! Something to take home with you if you are full from the rest of your breakfast. So far I have been stuck on their eggs benedict, classic style with canadian bacon and I really enjoy all the components from the dish. I try this dish everywhere and this is one of my favorites. Maybe its because they add another shake of cayenne pepper in which brings out the flavor of everything. I also enjoy the potatoes. They are perfectly cooked by being well done and not soggy like other places typically make them. They also add minced garlic which highlights the potatoes. I don’t care to go to any other breakfast place any longer after finding Emle’s because its close to where I live, anyone that would dine with me would find what they want and enjoy it and its hard to find places that make potatoes well done even after you request it. I highly recommend for anyone with 2 to 3 people. If you plan a group, you should expect to wait longer than chain spots, for they don’t seem to be able to handle a large amount of people while others dine.

Fun little spot if you need food in a pinch. I used to live in the area and decided to go back after a few years. The parking lot can be a bit tight, but this time parking was easy. Walked in and was able to sit anywhere. The waiter was nice and brought me a drink while I waited for my friend. When she showed up the owner came and took our orders and was nice enough to accommodate changes. The food is delicious. However, I gave it a 3 Star review because I find that the service after you order is very slow. If they awarded half stars it would definitely get a higher score! I’ll go back, just not starving like I was when j walked in.

Came here for breakfast, the service is really bad. They didn’t attend us properly or fairly, it seemed as if they had preferences for the older, white customers. When I ordered the vegetarian sandwich, I specifically asked for wheat bread, and they gave me sour bread. They took longer on our food, and to get the check.

I finally finally had breakfast here after hearing about this place for quite some time. I went during the week and there was no wait, which is a definite plus. We were politely and promptly seated. They have a wide selection of breakfast food. I chose to have an omelet that came with potatoes and toast. The omelet was good(I like a little more cheese) and the potatoes were also good. The toast… was toast. We were able to sit for quite some time afterwards to have coffee and did not feel at all rushed. The environment is friendly and comfortable. The food was good, just nothing special. I would come back again for breakfast; it’s pleasant and close. Solid, just not special…

I have driven by this restraunt for 2 years now and visited for the first time today. I decided it was about time and went for a nice family lunch before heading to graduation. It is nice and roomy. No being squished in the back corner! From where we sat, we could see their stone oven and had a nice view through their two walls of windows. They have a great variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner items. The seafood, turkey sandwich, kabobs, and meat loaf were all delicious, I wish I had come in sooner! Only complaint came from dad who is picky and wanted his steak more on the well done side. Oh, and remember to grab dessert, their chocolate cake is fantastic and can feed a table of seven.

After having driven past Emle’s for the past two years — and wondering how to pronounce the name — my fiancée and I stopped here for a late lunch before her graduation and we wish we had eaten here earlier! The atmosphere is very casual, the restauarant was very quiet as well and enjoyable. The interior decorating is very mediterraenean and has beautiful paintings on the wall. The menu itself has an absolute ton of items, from country fried steak, to beef kabob sandwiches. Most of the menu is American with a page devoted to Medi./Greek food(my guess, I am not too good picking out dish nationality) Overall the meal was great and the waiter and owner would both come by, very polite and very accomodating for my fiancée’s citrus allergy(lemons, tomato, etc.) As a basically broke student, the 10% off for bringing in a CSUNID is great. Perfect $:chow ratio! Definitely going to be coming back

I’m always really happy with my food here. I can’t help but highlight the waffles. They’re amazing. You need three people to eat them. The syrup is so unique. No one else has waffles like this place. The service is always excellent. They keep it simple. It’s casual. Suprisingly good food from this little place. Well managed. Just awesome American and LA Persian fare with their own twist. This place always delivers on taste and flavor and it’s clear they use quality ingredients. I definitely recommend trying it.

Went for Mother’s Day breakfast with 2 kids and 2 adults, so we went knowing it would be busy and slow. Son had the breakfast pizza which was fantastic! The eggs tasted so good even without the cheese and sauce. Can’t wait to come back for dinner to taste a regular pizza. Hubs had the French toast which was very tasty and very messy! Also he got the banana bread which I tried and liked even though I don’t like bananas. I had the Cabo burrito which comes unwrapped in a large bowl and I was thankful as it was much easier to eat it. While service was slow due to the crowds the staff was very pleasant and owners walked to every table repeatedly to ask how the meal was.

This is a quaint restaurant that has an excellent Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner menu for affordable prices. I came here for breakfast based off of the Unilocal reviews and Unilocal most certainly was correct. The food was great; their famous French toast is a MUST try! The only thing I would change is the service. The service wasn’t bad, but we did have a 10 minute wait before we could place our order. Once our food arrived, we did get regular check-ups from the staff which was nice. I will be coming back here to enjoy more of their eclectic menu!

Had breakfast here for the first time. First impression was how very clean and bright. Linens on all tables. Service was very good. Our food was very good and nothing was greasy. Hash browns cooked to perfection without the grease. Seemed that many of the customers were regulars which is always nice. We will be back, the dinner menu looks fantastic.

Emle’s is a great breakfast institution! I feel that every time I come here I enjoy my breakfast but my favorite thing to order is the omelettes. They cook them so perfectly not too soggy and not too dry. Emle’s is a part of our community and makes quite an upstanding breakfast! FOREVERYONE!

Great tasty food and impeccable service. Cool little family setting with options for everyone. They have American and Mediterranean food. The waffles, salmon burrito and breakfast is the best. Good value for your money.

First time here, everyone was very nice! We brought our dog and sat outside. We were the only people outside, so the service was a little slow. I ordered a beverage that never came, but the food was hot and delicious I tried the half order of their funnel cake French toast which was huge! Definitely could have split it with 3 other people. I brought most of it home the side of bacon was perfectly crispy. My husband said his omelet was also good. We will definitely be back to try other items on the delicious looking menu!

The«famous French Toast» is a huge glob of messy, heavily fried funnel cake, no different than what you’d get at a carnival — but at twice the price. But the service was fast and friendly, which earned them the extra star. Shocking how anyone would give this particular item high reviews.

This is the best little secret in the valley. Why would you ever go to an IHOP or Denny’s when you can get much better food for pretty much the same price? This is a real family owned and operated place and the service is as good as the food. I mean even the ice tea is fantastic! There’s is plenty of room and parking. They come by the table at least 3 times to ask if everything is okay. I’m so impressed with how well they treat everyone. My new favorite breakfast and brunch spot.
