Unprofessional! I called to schedule an appointment with this company because I needed to get my Rolex fixed and they gave a place and a time for the appointment, 15 minutes before the meeting they called me and told me that they had an unexpected situation and they could not come to meet me??? what kind of business is this, do you have a physical location? do you mind about your client’s TIME? unbelievable. A couple days later I called them again and there was no response to my calls. I am thinking is this a real business or is some kind of JOKE! beware!!!
