Maybe I just had a baf experience, but the food seemed quite bland. Everything tasted very fresh and the meat wasn’t at all bad, but the food did not make yearn for more.

We tried this place on a Groupon, but we will be back. I had the Mediterranean Salad with steak and my hubby had the tex mex burrito with chicken. Both were yummy! I also had the asian vegetable soup. Be careful, it is a huge portion. The food here is not necessarily low calorie, but it was fresh. This is kind of like a cross between Chipolte and Lyfe Kitchen. The guy who took our order was great! Nice place.

Had the 12oz Mighty Detox and I must say it lacked the ginger I was hoping for, but I will say that you can def taste the freshness! I’ve also had other fresh juices for the same price, but 16oz size.

Great place, but the location is not that great. The employees are nice and always helpful with everything. They cook the food pretty quickly and serve you. The décor is nice and this is a healthy place to eat. I will definitely be back

I have to say that I’m a little dissapointed in Freshii. Call me old skool, but I do NOT like a combination of hot and cold veggies when I order a bowl or a burrito. I also kinda expect chicken or protein to come with my bowl/burrito, but there is an extra 2.00 charge for chicken(and not a lot of chicken at that). I ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl«to go». The brocoli and carrots and cucumber were raw. My wife could not finish it all so I nuked it for her today and its just weird to have hot cucumber. My burrito had some raw spinach and a couple other raw things. I asked for some won ton strips while the gal was making my burrito and she said I’d have to go back to the register and pay for an extra side. Seriously? Do you charge for croutons too? I seriously doubt I’d go back.

The food is good. It’s so nice to have a healthy option but the service is aweful! I called in pickup and when I got there the place was empty and the employees were nowhere to be seen and they hadn’t even started the food!

I have been coming to this place since they opened. I absolutely love Freshii. It’s light, fresh(hence the name) & easy. Without a doubt, fast service, clean & convenient location. You can call ahead & order or order from the Unilocal app. Apparently in the coming new year, the Freshii app will include an order ahead(just like Starbucks which I think will be an awesome new feature!) What I typically order: a Fiesta Wrap & I add chicken. It’s so big, that I have them cut it in half. It’s very filling! I always want to try their smoothies & juices, which I’ll have to try next time. Let’s just say, I have Freshii so often, that I’ve turned many of my classmates on it. It’s the perfect meal to grab on the go! Try it!

I came across Freshii after a black Friday shopping excursion to the Northridge mall with my son. Yep it was a father /son day of indulgence lol Freshii was located next to the Starbucks that I needed for my caffeine kick start adjacent to the mall. I had the spicy Thai burrito and I added the chicken as a protein. My son the Bangkok bowl and he added chicken as well. We also had a couple of power smoothies for a grand total of about $ 31.00 First things first Freshii is clean, bright and welcoming. the service is young and eager. The food and it’s ingredients fresh and healthy with almost something for everyone. Here is the caveat all of the proteins(Chicken, beef and falafel) are not fresh or grilled but rather prepacked and steamed not good at all. The steamed chicken was limp, bland and rubbery basically a $ 2 filler that didn’t work. The bowl and the burrito were very good and flavorful the chicken not so much. I wish that I would have been informed about the chicken as we would have passed. Both the power smoothies were great I had the Strawberry-Banana — Mango goodness I recall and my son the Kale-spinach concoction. Freshii was just that fresh, healthy alternative and good. The proteins being steamed not good and should be addressed. We will be back just no steamed chicken.

Went in here to see what this restaurant was about as it looked healthy and nice. I got the steak burrito with the quinoa and it was amazing! Not only was the burrito extremely satisfying but it was full of goodies and really big. The owner was there and was able to make the the burrito himself! I would definitely go back to this place and take a few friends with me also!

This is a great place to go to if you’re health conscious and the food is delicious, too. They have a variety of food from wraps, customized bowls, salads, fresh smoothies/juices, and burritos. You can also substitute your food if you have a food allergy. I came here with my friend and we ordered two burritos and split them. We ordered a Tex Mex and Bangkok burrito. I thoroughly enjoyed both burritos. The Bangkok burrito was filled with brown rice, spinach, cucumbers, mushrooms, carrots, cabbage and peanut sauce. The peanut sauce was delicious. The Tex Mex contained brown rice, black beans, red onions, tomatoes, corn, cheddar cheese, and pico de gallo. Even though they were both good, I would definitely get the Tex Mex over the Bangkok. We also got to sample the strawberry banana and freshii green smoothie. The strawberry banana was simple, yet delicious. The freshii greeen was surprisingly refreshing and it’s a great way to get your greens in if you’re not into eating your veggies. We met with the owner, who was super friendly and passionate about his business, which is a franchise. He wanted to see more healthy eateries, and thought it was a great opportunity to bring it to the San Fernando Valley. I’m fortunate that this healthy joint is close by. The customer service was excellent here and the employees were knowledgable and friendly. This place is located by the Northridge mall, so it’s convenient if you’re looking for a healthy spot while you’re out shopping. *Parking– Parking lot so it’s easy to find a spot*

Market bowl and pangoa bowl delicious! Its so fresh and healthy. I have gone there for lunch and its pretty quick and the service is good. They are very accommodating. I am pregnant and asked to heat the chicken for the bowls and they did it. Will definitely go back and trying one of their salads

I like this place. I walked in for the first time after a friend recommended it to me. He said, «I bet you’d like it.» He’s usually spot on with recommendations. I ordered the Mediterranean bowl and was amazed at its size and presentation. I asked for the chicken add-on and agree with others that it should have been more given the cost. Aside from that, it was delicious. Light on salt, no oils, full of vegetable goodness mixed with quinoa. The only flavor I was not keen on was the feta. I’m used to creamy, salty, crumbly feta and I’m not sure which type they use(there are a dozen types). I’m sure I’ll be back given its close proximity to my work. Just have to go during their non-busy time since this parking lot gets packed!

Freshii! The girl who helped me out was surprised when I asked for just plain carrot juice. Carrot Juice is my life, though! She wasn’t sure how many carrots to use, so she slipped me a cup with the extra juice when she accidentally made too much, which was appreciated. Carrot juice = the doorway to my heart. Juices are very small for the price. Not sure if they’re organic. They keep a few cups of the standard juices that are listed on the menu in the refrigerated drinks section out in the dining area, so if you want to grab a peak to see the size of the cup, look to the top shelf. They’ll also do custom juice combos. Or just one, if you’re a carrot person like me. Gift cards are something they’re still trying to work out. I’ve now been to Freshii twice and the first time I went, the person I was with was somehow under the impression that I go all the time, despite my saying 99 times that it was my first time going there, so he bought me a belated birthday present in the form of a gift card. It took them 10 minutes to load this gift card lol. A line formed behind us and it was a bit awkward. It was all good, though. It wasn’t their fault really, they just hadn’t done it before as the gift cards are apparently a new thing. They figured it out and all was alright in the world. On my second visit, I used the gift card and asked for the balance(which was like $ 2 or something), since in CA you have the right to ask when it’s under $ 10, I think. They didn’t know how to refund the balance, though, lol, so I still have a gift card with some random tiny amount on it. Hmmmm. As always, I like to write to my fellow veggies, so I went through their special menu breakdown that’s kept under the counter and here’s what I found: As for dressings, ranch and spicy yogurt are the only NON-vegan dressings and sauces at the time of writing. The falafel appears to be vegan. The baja and spicy Thai burittos are automatically vegan, as is the Asian vegetable soup and much of the oatmeal. They have tofu that can be added as a protein. They also make their food right there when you order it, so even the non-veg stuff can be veganized. Overall, liked it. I would go back if I were close by. I like that they have quinoa and tofu and falafel and all those types of options for people like me. I like that you can feel like you’re eating a complete meal and it’s not totally overpriced. You can also ask them about gluten free and vegetarian options. Not sure if it’s organik(spelling it wrong so it won’t show up in search). Can someone let me know? Thanks.

Freshii is all ’bout fresh and clean livin’ ‘eh! Yes this is an import franchise from the great white north. This Canadian chain is now poised to franchise it’s way across the states and give local chains like Veggie Grill a run for their money. Their motto is «Eat and Energize» and they are out to provide a healthy fast alternative to the fast food overrun nation we have become. There is plenty to like at Freshii although this location seems a bit cramped and the parking is a bit of a pain. Anyhow you get your pick of healthy, organic and fresh choices that are configured in several ways, bowls, salads wraps, burritos, you get the idea. When adding proteins(their is a surcharge) you get your pick here too. Plenty of variety and same goes for their juices and smoothies. The good about these foods is that they do make you feel good mentally and physically. They are filling without leaving you feeling stuffed. I enjoyed sharing the Kimchi Bowl and Cobb Salad but I have to say the juice had a bit of a muddy flavor which was surprising given relatively sweet ingredients. Maybe not enough green apple and too much spinach. KImchi Bowl Kimchi Bowl brown rice, kimchi, edamame, carrots, purple cabbage, mushrooms, hard-boiled egg, sesame seeds, nori, teriyaki sauce, sriracha Cobb salad, field greens and romaine, avocado, bacon, blue cheese, tomatoes, corn, honey dijon dressing Green Energy Juice apple, cucumber, kale, lemon, carrot, romaine, spinach Freshii will definitely get a return visit from me when I have the patience for that parking lot.

LOVED the Spicy Thai Burrito(added chicken for add’l $ 1.99). The wrap, quinoa, cabbage, carrots, cilantro, edamame were fresh and the spicy lemongrass sauce was to die for. Definitely had a kick I didn’t expect that kept me wanting more! Mighty detox was served warm. Was told the juices prepped and ready in the morning are cold in the fridge section. But they run out quickly. Staff was friendly and place is nice and clean. Would def like to try other items on their menu.

They have super delicious nutritious salads, wraps, bowls, burritous, soups, frozen yogurt, juices, and smoothies!!! The variety here is endless and the flavors are just amazing. So my friend Dora and I decided to get 2 burritos and we would split them. We ordered the Tex Mex burrito and the Bangkok burrito. We also tried the Freshii Green smoothie as well as the Strawberry Banana Smoothie. I really think it’s great how they fill the burritos with brown rice which is a super healthy option compared to white rice, I personally enjoyed the Tex Mex than the Bangkok. Today I also had to try the Baja burrito. All 3 burritos had a very unique taste. The Baja burrito had quinoa I was really hesitant because I dislike quinoa but suprisingly it was delicious, the salsa, pico de gallo, red onions, avocado and green onions were wonderful and added tons of flavor. I feel super full and not so lethargic like I would normally feel after eating a regular mexican burrito from other places it was perfect. In regards to the Freshii smoothie so this smoothie has kale, spinach, pineapple, avocado and low fat frozen yogurt, personally I’m not a fan of green smoothies but let me tell you it was unbelievably good! The pineapple added a little sweetness which I loved. I definitely would get this again and possibly try their other smoothies. I also had a sample of the Strawberry Banana one it was simple it was good but I definitely would choose the Freshii Green. I love that I got all my greens too from that smoothie. Let me tell you some other realllly cool things about this place. 1. It’s super healthy, horomone and antibiotic free. Food is delicious. They have tons of options between food and drinks, if you don’t want juice or smoothies, you can choose water, vitamin water, ice tea and other drink options that they offer. 2. You can add your own proteins chicken, steak, falafel, tofu and tuna, you can also make your base as kale, quinoa for an additional charge and you can also make your burrito/wrap a green wrap for an additional charge so for those who don’t want carbs they can have it green. :) 3. They have a live instagram feed, so if you were to hashtag freshii northridge your picture would show up on their live feed camera, sooo cool! 4. They also offer Juice Cleanses. They have a 1 day 3 day or 5 day plan and basically you start each morning of the cleanse with a glass of warm lemon water, you drink your juices every 2.5−3 hours apart and at the end of the day you end with a detoxifying salad. They have instructions, frequently asked questions if you have questions, it’s pretty neat! They have 5 different choices of juices too. Green Energy, Carrot Zinger, Mighty Detox, and Red Power. I might try this one day. Doesn’t hurt? 5.The restaurant atmosphere is very chill, it’s super clean and very environmentally friendly. They have trash cans specifically that say waste only or recyclable. In addition, they have this cool display where you can choose forks, spoons, knives, straws, napkins and chopsticks. You have to check it out, I’ll post a pic. 6. They even have a Freshii kids menu and it’s very inexpensive $ 4.99 you can get a cheese chicken quesidilla, cheesy quesidilla, kung fu bowl, chicken noodle soup, super kids salad or a strawberry banana smoothie. It’s a great option for your kids to eat healthy too. 7. My all time favorite thing about this place is that they have the Free the Childen charity so anytime you order the Warrior Bowl the proceeds go towards building school kitchens and vegatable gardens in developing countries.(That’s just wonderful) I will make sure to get this next time. 8. They are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and like I said they have some awesome options to choose from. Their food is antibiotic and hormone free and they use pretty fresh ingredients. 9. The people working here are very friendly, very helpful and the Owner is extremely nice. 10. Options, options, options, if you don’t like what you see on their menu you can customize your own salad, wrap, bowl or burrito. They have a little pencil and pad you basically can choose what you want and how you want it! 11. Check in on Unilocal they give you 10%! Scoreeee! We Unilocalers Love this. 12. You can order online or you can call them but it’s super easy to order online because you can customize your order anyway you like. This place is definitely going to take off. It’s super healthy, it’s really good, prices are reasonable and just fabulous! I highly recommend Freshii’s. It’s nice to have a great place to go to now. I’ll be back for Breakfast next =) Oh and they also cater hmm definitely will keep that in mind. My only con is that there is not enough chicken its either more rice/quinoa than chicken. When you want to add more its obviously additional charge but still don’t feel its enough. :(
