My experience was excellent. Glendi was very knowledgeable, patient and took her time to explain the different engagement rings. The rest of the staff was very attentive as well. I would definitely be long term client here.

Am in love with the customer service at this store!!! Patty Dayal was simply amazing. This weekend my fiancé and I dedicated it to ring shopping for our wedding bands and it was love at first sight when finding my ring but what I fell in love with more than anything and made want to go back to this store and buy my ring from there was Patty’s professionalism. The minute we walked in the store she had a sweet and very friendly smile. She was very very patient with me and all the questions my fiancé and I had about our options. She guided me but never pushed me and never made me feel like her concern and care for me was about a sale. This lady is the diamond of this company. Coming from a career myself in financing and customer service finding someone like Patty is a gift and refreshing. I can’t wait to go back and continue to be a loyal customer to Patty and Helzberg

I’m not going to make this long, all that needs to be said is that this jewlery store cares very little about return customers. I bought a watch from them on credit and tried to return it a few days later.(I felt very pressured to buy the watch and was even encouraged to lie about my income to get a higher credit limit.) Needless to say, after buying the watch, i returned to the store a few days later as I had come to the decision that i didnt need a 1000 watch with my current income $ 25000 which was changed to $ 32,000 by Mary, who turns out is the manager, HAH! I looked up their customer return policy and was confident i wouldnt have any problems getting my money back since i hadnt worn the watch since wearing it out of the store the day i bought it. Boy was i wrong! First off, Mary assured me that it was unreturnable due to the fact that I wore the watch that she literally put on my wrist.(Im not joking). I told her that, had she not suggested that i wear it out of the store, i wouldnt have put it on. She then threatened me with security camera footage of me wearing the watch out of the store if i made a bigger fuss about it. All in all, I’m happy with my watch, its a beautiful Movado, I’m not happy about my experience. Beware of Mary, she is a salesman through and through and cares little about you or your experience, as long as her pocketbook gets a little fatter.

I wish I could give them a negative star. Lets start at the beginning. My now fiancé and I walked in to this location, looking to get our engagement rings, we aren’t exactly traditional. We were speaking to an associate, already had our rings picked and we wanted to remove the center stone on my fiancé’s ring and replace it with a larger diamond. FORWHATREASON I COULDNOTTELLYOU our semi nice associate calls for the DUNDUNDUN dragon lady. she pulls out a few stones. Then she shoves a 4,500 $ diamond down my throat putting me on the spot, telling me that there’s no other option and convincing us both that the ring would look terrible with any other diamond. the look on my fiancé’s face. she obviously wanted her ring to be perfect so we get the stupid diamond. $ 6,200 later we walk out. WEEKS later we get mail to both of our PARENTS houses regarding our purchase, we were upset but we let it slide. The real deal breaker is the fact that this particular associate claims to have a shop at home and literally lives for the business sizes her ring from a 7 to 3 instead of just ordering one in her size and DESTROYED a $ 5,500 ring!!! We went to return everything devastated that the ring of her dreams was being taken away from her because we really just couldn’t do it anymore, and : 1. She didn’t even apologize 2. She sat there and ARGUED with me about who’s fault it was(yes she tried to blame me) 3. She opened her mouth after an amazing associate was literally saving her ass and sale and warned us that of we returned it she wouldn’t give us the diamond for the same price later because it was«on sale» not naming any names *Mary* should not be in any position that requires her to interact personally with any other human being in a business related situation. Not only did she ruin our engagement, she ruined the ring of my fiances dreams. Bad move Mary. BAD move. DOYOURSELF A FAVOR!!! DONOTPURCHASEFROMTHISLOCATION

This Northridge jewelry store is awesome; they will go out of their way to get you exactly what you want. I was browsing at another branch of Helzberg’s and found a beautiful colored diamond ring, except that the ring was set in sterling silver, instead of 14K gold. I asked them if the ring could be special ordered in 14Kgold and they quickly said«no» and tried to push the silver ring on me, just to make a sale. A few days later, I stopped in at the Northridge store, saw the ring again and asked them about special ordering it in gold. The sales associate researched this for me and called me back with great news: they could special order this beautiful ring for me in 14K gold! Within a few weeks I got exactly what I wanted, thanks to the wonderful service at Northridge Helzberg Diamonds! They are great!

This Helzberg is right in the Northridge Mall right next to the JCPenny’s on the lower level. Their store isn’t generally too busy but you never see more than one or two employees in there. Their service is great. There are a few people that always remember who my husband is and what my tastes are like from previous purchases. My husband has gotten all of my jewelry there and I got his wedding ring from another Helzberg store. When I go to get my jewelry cleaned they will clean all of it and even some pieces that may not need cleaning yet. Their employees aren’t too pushy if you are just browsing but if you show too much interest they will start honing in on you. Their website is filled with goodies and I have had no problem using their computers to pull up my wish lists to find something I wanted to look at. All around a great store.
