Really bad customer service, no professionalism at all, it says on the sign «expert alterations» I gave them my weeding suit to take a look at it make the sleeve shorter and she (the owner I believe) thought it was to hard she said she could do it but her face wasn’t so convincing… never coming back here again and too pricey.

Worst place ever. If you want to throw away your clothes after then yes feel free to come here. Took 2 shirts to get cleaned. Got one back with an iron stain right in the front, to which I was accused of being the one that stained it. The other one was ripped. «because it was old» I have owned that shirt for about a month and only worn it once. When I went back to ask them to fix what they had done. It was all blamed on me. No attempt to fix it, no money back. Nothing. The owners then started speaking their native language (probably cursing me out) and told me to get out of the shop. Again if you want your clothes ruined then come here. $ 160 worth of shirts ruined. Cannot stress enough how this enough terrible customer service and terrible job done here. Stay away!!! Would do no stars if possible.

This place is great! Don’t have too many fancies for dry cleaning g but the things I have taken are always looking crisp and the owners are very friendly. The tailoring is pretty good. Have gotten a few pants trimmed due to my astonishing height of 5’4″ most of my dress pants have to trimmed to look fly!
