DO NOT go here. Save yourself the headache and money. My boyfriend bought me a beautiful infinity bracelet and it was to big. I went back to get it sized and I was told they will be removing 1 link. I was ok with that. I then ASKED about possibly making the link into a necklace. When I go pick up my bracelet, the additional link was already created into a pendant WITHOUT my consent. They took away further options from me if I wanted a ring, etc. and there is a gap in the link. I was told to come back and talk to the jeweler about what my options are. I return and he’s not there. So I inquired again what options are possible with the manager. And asked about filling a spot on the link and if it will be smooth and continuous. Needless to say it wasn’t what I asked for and when I talked to the same manager he said he didn’t charge me. He said his jeweler charged him. My response: it’s not about the money, it’s about the principal which he clearly doesn’t have. And he wanted me to return again… NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!

I should have listened to the reviews. These people disgust me. I cant believe they charged me for a «size change» I was planning on upgrading when I got there but now. will never buy anything from here again. Too bad they think short money.

0 stars if I could. The manager Rafi is a crook. They tell you anything to sell u jewelry because they work off commission. Don’t trust their in house financing. Trust me stay away. I’m still dealing with these crooks and their customer complaint center has one lady answering all the calls. She will tell you that someone will call you back but they never call. You will be better off dealing with someone off the streets than these people. There’s a indian lady there too she must be really in need of money to try to trick people into making purchases. So sad that businesses are conducting themselves this way in the day and age of customer reviews that can really hurt your business. NEXT.

i went in today just to get sized for a ring and ended up picking out the most perfect wedding set! i am so in love with my ring and can’t wait to pick it up! Natalie was so patient and kind with me and found me the perfect set within my price range. Raffi the manager was so flexible! i give them 5 stars and will continue to give them more business in the future! thanks guys!

Do yourself a favor, search Unilocal for «gold dealers». Look at the ratings and call a few of those places. You will SEE that Kevin’s doesn’t even come CLOSE to what a lot of places are paying for gold!
PLUS, the people at the Northridge location are flat out RUDE!

Took 3 pieces of jewelry that were apraised at $ 15,000.00 and had GIA certificate for the diamond in one of the rings. I went there because they claim to pay the highest dollar amounts on jewelry. All be it, did not expect to get even half of what it was worth but they insulted me and offered me $ 2000.00 for all of it. The gold alone was way more than $ 2000.00. What a rip off! Do not waste your time going there! Their adds make them seem like they are fair but they are far from it! Steer clear.

Got a ring from Kevin Jewelers. Very Happy!!! a 2.5 carat emerald with .5 tw carat diamonds all around it. yellow 14k gold. for $ 681.25 w/​tax and everything. We have been shopping for emeralds and nice emeralds are REALLY expensive, $ 40k per carat for best quality. So we were very happy to find this one. Narine was very helpful and helped me pick the right size (included in price). The original price tag was over $ 2400. I believe it based on the emerald. They were having a mothers day sell, which helped.

If you are selling gold, avoid this place at all costs. Selling gold is done by numbers. The karats, the weight, the price of gold.
I went in to sell 95.7 grams of 18k gold. the melt down worth is $ 3900.
Take 10% off so they can make some money. That is $ 3510. They will try to give you a little less if they can, like $ 3460. That’s ok. Kevins tried to screw me for $ 2100!
Shop around before you sell your gold. Denny’s Jewelers at Lassen and Topanga are fair. Better yet, go see Rigo at Sears Watch Repair at the Northridge Mall. He pays cash, and is very fair. I must add this. I have tried for weeks and have left at least 5 messages for Jesse the General manager at kevin jeweler. He has yet to return my phone calls.
I used to be a customer at Kevins jewelers, never again.
