I recently started coming to this bar about a month ago. I even decided to throw my birthday party here. The staff is friendly and the drinks are reasonable. I will be coming back more frequently

Murphy, the bar tender, super nice and cares A LOT. They upgraded to ALL flat screens and they play the sound for every Raiders game! I love this place, its like our home away from home on Sundays during the NFL season. They also have a very fun Halloween party every year and they have an annual Chili Cook Off that actually is going down this weekend on Sunday. Be there or be dead, if you’re in jail, break out, if you don’t have a car to get there, steal one, if you have no legs, take your neighbors, if you’re a Chiefs, Donkeys or Lame Bolts fan stay home!!! :-) JK. Everyone is welcome with open arms in this establishment and they have pool tables and Karaōke too… fun times EVERYTIME. Peace and see ya’ll soon. :-)

This bar is a very friendly and fun hole in the wall bar. All the bartenders are very friendly and look like they all have fun while working with each other. There are two pool tables and two dart boards. Drinks are not that pricey and they are definitely very delicious. I love this bar.

Murphy is the sweetest bartender. Nice little dive bar. Cheap drinks w/a pool table. Jukebox for tunes. Bring the kids!

This is me and my buddies favorite hangout. I remember those nights when we would always go to this bar to unwind after a long stressful day. We are one of their lone time patrons and we just always felt ‘at home’. Don’t really care about the negative reviews, when you finally find that place to hangout that you just feel welcomed it don’t really matter.

Great, old school bar. This place feels like it hasn’t been updated ever. It is soooo much fun. You get a choice of dark or light beer and they bring you two glasses when you order a beer. All the better for chugging. You will probably overhear a chugging competition during your time here. The staff is great and they sure can pile beer on a table quicker than I have ever seen.

Totally relaxing place to go. People are nice and the staff are on it. Two pool tables, two dart machines and plenty of t.v.‘s playing all sorts of sports and events. As far as local bars go this is one of the best.

I am 1 of 3 karaōke DJ’s at The Nectar. I must first give a heads up and let people know that the bar is under new ownership, so you can disregard all negative comments that were made about The Nectar. Also, the shady crowd people are referring to is a thing of the past. The Nectar is NOW one of the coolest bars in the valley now. The new owner is on top of her game, and the staff there is super friendly. They feature pool, darts, and karaōke 6 nights a week(MON-SAT). There is a varying range of ages of people that come to this bar, so no matter your age, you can find someone cool to hang out with and connect to during the course of a night. The regulars that I see at The Nectar are always friendly and ready to greet new people. Their pitchers of beer are very inexpensive and they are huge full size pitchers. Check with your bartender for drink specials during your visit.

This place is not that bad… C’mon guys. Granted the TVs could DEFINITELY stand to be upgraded… but if u show up here during a football game… U get happy hour prices. As I write this review, I’m sitting here at the bar drinking a $ 5.75 large pitcher of Bud Light. YEAH… I said a $ 5.75 large pitcher of Bud Light… Dirt cheap !!! Premium pitchers are 8.75 during football games which is still good… But 5.75 for domestic??? Mind bogglingly cheap! If ur a Raider fan… This is a Raider bar so come here to watch the Raiders! Oh, also… There’s a pizza place next door called Bad Boyz Pizza. The place is bomb. Nectar lets u bring in food from the outside since they don’t serve food. So grab urself cheap beer… Bring in good Italian food from next door… And enjoy ur favorite football game !!!

By far the worst bar in the valley. The place is dirty, they don’t stock even the most common liquor, and what inspired this rant of mine is that I showed up at 12 midnight to sing some karaōke(the Kj is awesome), should have had two hours to sing. There were about 10 other people drinking and singing as well but, the staff felt like going home, so they kicked everyone out. How can you run a business that way? It’s an all around bad experience, save yourself the trouble and go ANYWHERE else.

Of I had to choose how many stars I woul do any! Quite frankly I’m tired of them leaving their back door open so the whole apartment area can hear their wack ass music! N of course all the drunkies that go out back! Oh n I’ve tried to call n complain but guess what their phone is disconnected! Shows how much they care! N the owner is a drunken idiot! Their bar sucks ass, drinks r way to expensive for the place it is! If anyone wants to go n actually have a good time, hit up The Little Rock on reseda n etiwanda! Great service bomb ass bartenders n place is poppin great Dj n great atmosphere! Love it! Fuck the nectar shit!

The only good thing about this place is that it is near by and the drinks are SUPER cheap. There are two pool tables and dart boards, kind of a small space. It seems like alot of locals come here because everyone seemed to know each other. I probably wouldn’t come here again, unless I had absolutely nothing to do and just wanted to grab a cheap drink.

I’ve been coming here for a little while now. This place almost feels like my second home. Better yet, I feel like Norm, walking into Cheers. The staff is super friendly, the owner is pretty cool and likes to hang out. Happy hour is definitely worth checking out with very reasonably priced pitchers. The regulars that hang out are all pretty cool people. Every now and then you get the occasional douche-bag who stumbles through the door, but what dive bar doesn’t? This is a happy place; Show up with a decent attitude and you’ll have a good experience.

As I was protesting coming here… I kept saying… WHY are we going here!!! WHY?! It’s because it’s around the corner from my friend’s house. That’s why. :-/In the San Fernando Valley, it’s always nice to find a bar in a semi-shady neighborhood. HAHAHA Came here on Friday around 10:30pm ans there was at least 10 – 15 people inside. One word… NNNNNAAAAASSSSSSSCCCCAAAAARRRRR! You know what I mean!!! LOLHAHAHA Okay, maybe several more. LOL Most of the time I go to a bar, I’m probably one the older patrons(can’t believe I just confessed that. lol) but come here and I felt like a baby. It was karaōke night(it was a Friday) with«I wanna Be a Rockstar» blaring in the background. In between songs, they have a DJ playing music. They have two pool tables and single stall bathrooms. The patrons and bartender are friendly. One of the patrons kept passing out snicker mini treats saying because it was Easter. :) I have no problem with that… Thank you. I love chocolate! They serve Pear Beer?! Or is it cider? Either which way, it was delicious. We got a pitcher for $ 15.50. Maybe this is my reason to come back… Soon! LOL :)

A trashy dive bar trying to be something its not. $ 10 drinks with .50 cent liquor. The crowd is atrocious. The bartenders are rude. The bar is tiny, in the parking lot of a McDonalds, Rite Aid, and KFC. I feel strange leaving my car in the parking lot there on account of the sketchy neighborhood. This place is like trying to watch an obese hairy man put on pretty sundress. Just a hot mess. yuck.

I used to go here a lot after work to hang out with friends. It is a nice dive bar where you can go to socialize. The area at night can be a little bit scary. They have a good selection of beers and my favorite pear cider. They bartenders are generally on top of their game and if you go there enough they start to remember your name. It can get a little bit crowded during sports events and then it takes awhile to get your drinks or service at all but that is typical for any bar.
