Very clean and organized store
Lots of parking available
Once decided to shop in person had a coupon that i did not know it was online only but the manager handled it very well and honored the coupon in store
Very good service all around

I had a malfunctioning toner for my brother printer which was used but did not last the full life of the toner. The manager there replaced it for me. They have great customer service.

I’ve been going to this location for a few years and can usually find what I need right away, without assistance. Today I came in and couldn’t locate a specific product I needed (gift card package with matching envelopes), and since I was in a bit of a hurry I left without double checking with an associate. An employee entering the store, named Robert, saw me leaving empty-​handed, and asked if he could help me find what I needed. He took the time to check the shelves and stock to made some really helpful suggestions for substitute cards when we realized the product was likely discontinued. I ended up buying a different package and felt grateful for the thorough and patient way he assisted me. Usually the staff here is very accommodating, and I appreciated that this employee noticed my disappointment and took extra time to help me figure out the best option for my business.
My only issue that I’ve had with store in the past is that the music in some aisles is sometimes playing super loudly, and it makes it hard to concentrate. A few months back my boyfriend and I were trying to figure out the differences between a few different brands of adhesive labels and we ended up giving up and deciding to go home because obnoxious music was blaring in the label section. Maybe most people could tune it out, so maybe that’s just a weird thing that only bothers crotchety 30 somethings like us?
Other than that I’ve had really positive experiences at this location.

The staff here is great! Fast and efficient. The store is clean and there is always someone around to ask for help. Maribel and Becky were awesome

The service was amazing from the minute I walked in Eddie helped me the most I had so much I needed to get done from making new business cards to rebuilding my portfolio. He helped me throug every step and I didn’t feel rushed at all. He even went out of his way to help me find metallic paper because he knew it was something I wanted. I think I briefly mentioned it but after I was reviewing the details withhim he brought it up and I was amazed that he actually cared. This man deserves a raise. I will definitely be back to do all my paper and work needs here screw kinkos

Being right by my work is a huge plus! I really like that this location is very well stocked and always clean. I appreciate that there are always employees nearby when I need them and I’m guessing they aren’t commission based because no one hassles you with any up selling. I go by here 1 – 2 times a week for various things for the office, its not always the cheapest option but it is convenient and they do match prices which is great. I had them price match phones against a Fry’s ad and they did it for me with no issues.

If you think ordering online for pick up will be quick and convenient, you’re mistaken. It will save time to blindly find the items yourself.

Came in with a return (ink problems) had no problem returning the original product and getting help finding the the right one! Fast and simple. Hate going into a store where people are clueless about the product that they carry, this was definitely not the case here! Wish I would have gotten the guys name that helped me out!

Boy is this place out of place. Really, kind of an odd place for an Office Depot, right smack in between a crossfit place and a bar. Anyway, I digress.
Came in looking for some 3M Command hangers to hang a few pictures on my wall (I’m tired of making holes, aren’t you?) This place is organized fairly well. Salesmen aren’t in your face, and you’re in and out in a jiffy. Prices can be steep at times, but hey, if you don’t have time to Amazon, you Office Depot, don’t you?

Bad customer service, went there for an item on sale, prices incorrect on the shelf, ended up going back to the front of the store to recheck the ad and take it with me to the cash register, cashier totally ignored me, first while on the phone and then chatting with a coworker. Seemed like there were plenty of workers and few customers at the time.

I stand in line here with around 30 people in front of me on the evening before Black Friday for a $ 30 printer. I go in and see $ 60 printers. I ask a worker where the $ 30 printers are. She said that they didn’t have any in their store but that the first 10 people got certificates for them. Nice of the idiot workers to share this info with us as we waited in line…
This store also NEVER takes your name from a rain check. My family has been on lists for years to never receive a single call.
I hope this store goes under!

There are many Office Depots out in the areas, but this is one of my favorite ones to go to. I was in need of a bigger filing cabinet, so I decided to come here and see what they had. One of the main attractions at this location is their service. The employees make sure that you find what you need with a smile. Marco was great, as he was able to help me find the right filing cabinet for my needs. Once I went to pay, Cristi was able to help me with a smile and friendliness. The store is clean, and they do not try to oversell, nor pressure you.
When your in need to any office supplies big or small, this is the location to visit.
