Jan. 27– We received our tables today. Guess what!?! They are the WRONG tables!!! Here we go again, with the back and forth phone calls and empty promises.

I had a horrible experience. I ordered a cart online which said ‘Ships in 1 – 2 business days’. After a week, nothing. We call the customer service. They say ‘there’s been a delay, but it will ship in a few days.’ Another week passes. We call again, and they say ‘It is being manufactured, it will ship in 5 days.’ It ended up taking 6 weeks until we got the item. In addition, every time we call the customer service, we have to wait on hold for 15 minutes before we can talk to a person. I’ll never buy another item from this company. I should have read the other review earlier!

Do not ever purchase from this company!!! Don’t just take it from me, they have an F on the Better Business Bureau’s website( )!! I only wished I had looked them up before I made my purchase because now dealing with them and their defective merchandise has been nothing short of a nightmare. They don’t call back and their«customer service department» definitely needs a new name like:” what… who…when…we’re just so busy… we’ll call you back never department”.
