Okay lunch. Great value during lunch. Been there twice. It was good once, but okay the next time.

Plenty of options to pick from for their lunch menu, priced reasonabily. Food quality was good and the staff is very friendly and check up on you often to ensure you have everything needed.

My crew and I came in for lunch. We work in the area. My coworker said it was delicious, and affordable. The lunch special ranges from 7 – 11 dollars. I had the egg Foo young, brown rice, egg roll, and salad. It was delicious! The bill came out to $ 76 for 6 of us with drinks included. Not bad at all! I’ll be back for sure

The chow mein was absolutely delicious! The orange chicken was another good pick. The food is greasy but There’s really no way Chinese food can be delicious without it. I will definitely come back! I also found a hair on my plate but I wasn’t sure if it was mine or not… 0. o but reading these other reviews makes me a little uneasy.

We found a long black hair! I ordered chow mein, garlic chicken, and steamed veggies to go for new years eve dinner. My friend was mid way eating the chicken found a huge long black hair in it. Needless to say, the dinner was ruined and we felt nauseous the whole night. Not going back ever.

Great Food. The Kung Pao Tofu, and House Special Chow Mein is delicious. This is a go to restaurant when everyone in our family is hungry. Delivery Times can vary between insanely fast to a normal wait time. Friendly delivery drivers and food arrives hot.

Since this restaurant was near our church we decided to stop in after the service. It was our first visit and since I rarely crave Chinese food my hubby & kiddos were pleasantly surprised that I suggested that we go check it out! The décor and table set up was very nice however the carpeting can use a deep cleaning. After looking over the menu at their numerous choices the four of us decided to order three entrees to share along with brown and steamed rice. I have to say I love that they offer brown rice since a lot of places don’t have that option. We ordered orange chicken, chicken chow mien and a chicken/shrimp combo with veggies & spicy garlic sauce(on the lighter side of spicy I requested). The entrees come in good sizes perfect for our family meal. All I can say was everything was so delicious and the chicken/shrimp with spicy garlic sauce was excellent! At the end of our meal the sliced oranges were tasty and flavorful, perfect treat to end our meal. We will definitely be back for more! I do have to say our waitress(did not catch her name sad to say) was so patient and super sweet! My daughter left her leftovers on the table and she came outside to catch up with us to give it to her, bless her sweet heart! Thumbs up and wonderful dinner!

Take Out– Sweet and Pungent Scallops how could this possibly be so excellent as take-out? Can’t wait to try as dine in. Szechwan Wontons-tried something new and was not the least disappointed. Chicken Fried Rice-steady go to was awesome.

Best Chinese Food in Porter Ranch /Northridge Area. Their Shrimp CHOWMING is hands down the best along with their Spicy Chicken! Also I thought I was done praising their Lunch but then I had an Appetizer which was their Egg Rolls It was BOMB and fresh! Unlike other dry and old rolls else where. Top Notch Chinese Restaurant and they Deliver as well, I believe.

Yummmmm. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food here. The service was great too! Super great place for family dinning. All you have to do is order a few things from each category and it comes out very economical. I’m definitely going back for the fried rice… amazing

Went to Pagoda Inn in a few years ago with the husband for lunch. The interior was really nice, although it didn’t look like lunch hour was too busy for them. We appeared to be the only Asians in the restaurant, which to me, is usually a bad sign, but we decided to give it a try anyway. The menu seemed to be more catered towards westerner’s tastes. For appetizers we started off with the pu pu tray($ 11.95), which was a serving for two. I admit, I wanted to order it so that I could tell people I had ordered a dish that was called«pu pu» tray. It contained a few of the items on the appetizer menu, nothing really outstanding about it. For our main entrée, the husband ordered the chicken fried rice, which he really loved. He usually prefers the more«western» influenced Chinese dishes rather than the more authentic ones. I ordered the mapo tofu with ground pork($ 9.95), which I thought would be a safe dish to order, because it’s simple to make and really hard for it to go wrong, but boy was I wrong! I definitely regret ordering it. The sauce tasted nothing like the ones I’ve had in the past at other Chinese restaurants. Something was really off about it, and I struggled pretty hard to try and finish it. I have no complaints about the service, it’s just the food that I didn’t like. Overall, I wouldn’t be returning here again.

Let me start by saying that I like most foods. Different types of Chinese(Cantonese, Szechuan, Mandarin, Taiwanese, etc.), most Asian, European, Indian, Mediterranean, Central and South American, etc., etc. I ordered lunch to go. Kung Pao Chicken and Spicy Pork Chop. Both dishes were ready quickly so no complains there. The staff was nice and friendly, so no complaints there. The restaurant was clean and cozy, so no complaints there either. My complaint is with the food. It was very, very dry. Dry enough to parch my mouth and throat. And there was no taste whatsoever. I understand sometimes Asian strong flavors have to be toned down for non-Asian palates, but this utter lack of flavor went too far. To sum it up– great place to eat that is not too expensive, as long as you don’t mind dry, tasteless food.

My honey wanted won ton soup and he wanted pagoda inn… I’m quite surprised as the food today is quite tasty! Daughter ordered the crispy duck and I ordered the safest thing… BBQ pork fried rice! The orange chicken was decent as well… I’m not sure but did they change the book from the last time I came?! If they keep the food like this, I’ll be back. Will come back in a week or so to re-evaluate. Today, the food was good. Reason for 3 stars… couple next to us was fighting.

One of our favorite Chinese places in the valley. We always order the Sweet and Pungent Chicken. The Szechwan Wontons and House Fried Rice are both amazingggggggg. The Black Pepper Beef is also one of our favorites. Great for delivery(super fast!), pick up, or dining in. Definitely recommend!

Came here for lunch today and there was lipstick on the rim of my water glass. I used a straw and I do not wear lipstick. Even more disgusting when I pointed it out to my husband we noticed lipstick on his water glass too however he had way more than I did. Needless to say, according to Unilocal I am the Duchess of this place and I guess I will be over throned because I will NOT be back!
