I’m normally a fan of Quiznos. In this visit, they gave me a hard time about making a sandwich that’s no longer on their menu board, but they have all of the ingredients. Other Quiznos locations make this happily with a smile. Then, after the orders were in process, they announced, sorry, we’re out of tomatoes. I’m not sure why they couldn’t go to the Costco 300 yards away and but more in an emergency purchase. Finally, the rest room was not supplied with TP. I’ll never return to this location, but will continue to patronize other Quiznos locations.

Towards the end of making my sandwich they said they did not have tomatoes. Every picture of every sandwich has tomatoes. They really acted like they did not care. I think they should have disclosed at the begging my order that they did not have all of the ingredients and give me a choice. And they should be polite and a smile which would help also instead of their pouty demeanor. I’ll never come back here.

I went to Ubreakifix to get a phone repaired and decided to come in to Quizno’s for the very first time. I walked in, was greeted by both Fabiola and Liz. They were both very knowledgeable. I asked a Ton of questions. Finally made up my mind on the steak sandwich. DELICIOUS! Definitely gonna come back!

O.M.G. We’ve been here twice since my last review, the first time one employee was literally wearing a crop top and like, spandex pants… I understand the new age Suicide Girl/Pin-up look with the pink hair and gothic makeup, but looking skanky while making sandwiches… I don’t get it. If you can’t look sexy in appropriate work attire or a uniform then you’re just not sexy. To top that off neither employee there that day greeted us at all and we had to say THANKYOU three times before we got ANY response from these rude little girls. So the last time we walked in: *the outside seating has YET to be improved and is MUCH worse so we couldn’t even sit outside to get away from the employees, so we took our food to-go *once again NOTGREETED, you can tell as always these employees just going through the motions of the job that they obviously hate, and they hate you too which is proven by the next bullet point *the kicker… the Suicide Girl somehow still employed wearing a t-shirt with a pig on it flicking you off with the words, «F#CKYOUFOLKS!»… yes, that is the«F word» literally spelled out on her chest, with the words«WHOREHOUSEMASSACRE» on the front, literally… I decided right then and there that is the last time I’ll get this trash to make me a damn sandwich. Could you imagine trying to explain to a kid what those words mean? I couldn’t help but point out to this imbecile what an interesting shirt she was wearing to work, and she responded that«it’s a band»… Like, oh, that makes it so much better, thank you for clarifying. :-O shocking

NEVERAGAIN! I refuse to ever set foot at this location again. My first impression as I walked in was, what a mess. The floor was littered with dirty napkins and straw wrappers. Their«Flavor Station» was a complete disaster, but the worst part of my visit was their poor costumer service. The two girls that were working that evening seemed more interested in hiding in the back then helping paying customers, which was only my buddy and I.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. This place is dirty, the employees aren’t even behind the counter, I guess once they see you waiting for minutes they decide to come out, just what can two girl be doing in the office? Nothing that is what. Food was awful. And the employees looked upset as though by is walking in to pay for our food was a sin. Extremely upset over us asking if they had avocado etc. Seriously I run a business and you NEVER treat a client this way. Very sad experience. I want to cry now, and forget his pain in my chest. Seriously the places I unkempt and dirty. Trash on the ground, dirty tables. Dirty looks from them employees… oh my heart is shattered… Never again.

The customer service here is awful. The employees did not greet us or even acknowledge us. Instead we had to ask to begin our order and they were just so rude the entire time. Also we got a sandwich that was 8.19 and we used a dollar off but the girl charged 8.69 and refuses to honor the price. I will definitely not be returning. Place looked horrible! The peppers and jalapeños looks so old and dry. Tables are not even put out properly! Place was messy and disgusting! No wonder it is always empty

I have visited this location on a few occasions and each time have been disappointed. Today I decided to give them another try… I won’t be returning. Pros –sandwiches are delicious –better quality than subway Cons –no greeting upon entering –No thank you for waiting –Always out of something –out of ham and some seeds for a salad today –staff wearing sweatpants –staff cleared table off but didn’t wipe it down –staff touches knife and turns on sink with gloves on, cuts up lettuce and handles the lettuce with the same gloves! Overall I question the cleanliness of this location as well as the customer service and professionalism. A simple hi or we will be with you shortly would have made such a difference.

It’s my second time trying Quiznos sandwich, and it couldn’t have been better. I ordered Prime rib sandwich and it just tasted delicious! I used to get Subways, but Quiznos is really worth every penny because it has this luxurious taste to each sandwich. Very enticing meal! Be sure to use coupons!

I’ve recently became a fan of this location and Quiznos! Thanks to my buddy, I was able to try such an exquisite taste of a sandwich. The Carbonara w/Rosemary parmesan is def my favorite. Also just to add with customer service, Fabi and Alice always acknowledge everyone and are great with what they do and how they treat every other guest that comes in, very welcoming. So I amend you ladies for that! Keep up the awesome work and yummy sammies !

Classic lunch stop; quick, clean, and a very friendly staff. I wasn’t sure exactly what toppings I wanted on my sandwich and the young lady helping me was very polite, patient, and even made a couple great suggestions, thanks.

Don’t understand all the low ratings. I mean, yes, it’s a Quiznos franchise chain, but the sandwiches are lightyears better than anything Subway can build for you. This location is very small(aren’t all Quiznos?), and sometimes service can be slow as this location seems understaffed. I love the fact that now they ask you if you’d like the sandwiches prepared as the recipe suggests or if you’d like to add other/more veggies.

Service was fine, although the people behind the counter were a little awkward. My sandwich was really good.

I can never pick this place over Subway(but I did this time because I had coupons). However, they do have pretty good sandwiches but it’s just not THAT great. I love that they have mushrooms and guacamole as toppings(whereas Subway does not). Their broccoli and cheddar soup is pretty good too but a bit salty. Employees are real sweet though.

It was pretty quiet when I went in, service was wonderful. The employee’s are very nice at this location. At least the 2 I had dealt with. I’m not huge on Quizno’s but it wasn’t a bad experience. :)

Last I heard this location is under new management. You know what they say, «It will get a whole lot worse before it gets better…» I think that phase may have come, and hopefully gone. For 3 weeks straight in February I found that almost everything they sell is always SOLDOUT. It was seriously frustrating and aggravating to the point that you just want to start screaming and throwing bags of chips at the apathetic faces that stared at you from behind the counter! There are two particular servers here that should really be FIRED(didn’t bother to get their names, but they were 2 male hispanics). Like one of the recent reviewers said, I came in craving a particular sandwich only to be told that they were out of the meat. So I take my time looking at the menu to decide on another sandwich, only again to be told that they did not have it. I try a couple more times afterwards and still, NOTAVAILABLE! Why not tell me ahead of time what is available since you are practically out of everything?! Why not just close for the day if all you have is soda and chips left?! ANYWAY, it got to the point where I would just walk out having wasted the majority of my lunch break. See, the thing is, when they actually have what you want and you get good service from their better employees, you can walk out of there satisfied. Plus, their Lobster and Seafood Sub is only on for a limited time and I want it! A few of times I made sure I called ahead of time to ask first if they have it. A couple of times it was a «Sorry, we’ve sold out.» HOWEVER, I am revising my rating of this Quiznos for the sheer fact that they have come a long, LOOONG way since the first time I started coming here in 2009. Also, the better employees that I talk about really make a difference with their good customer service: one of them I call«Chicago» –this white guy who is from Chicago, and the only Caucasian that I’ve seen working there since the chic-manager got fired. Chicago finds a way to actually make you smile, even when you’re frustrated with the lack of menu. Also, there’s a new guy that I’ve never seen before(he may be hispanic with some filipino in him… I will eventually get a name or make a nickname for him too), who is very well-mannered. Kudos to those two. I sure hope that this place is on the ups and that clientel notice. It’s all about the management and how they train/hire their people I suppose, ANDHOWTHEYKEEPTHEIRMENUITEMSSTOCKED!!! Heed the warning, new management!

WARNING: LONGREVIEW I have only been to a Quiznos maybe 2 — 3 times ever in my life. But I received a buy one sub get one free coupon in the mail and decided to check it out, because the last time I went to a Quiznos the sandwich was really yummy, so off I went on my lunch break. I just had my heart set on having a Toasty Roast Beef bullet sandwich and a yummy cup of broccoli and cheese soup, and the craving just got worse staring at those awesome photo shopped food pictures to boot! So I order: I am approached by the : Just working to pay for my next video game guy — «How may I help you» Me with coupon — «Toasty Roast Beef bullet sandwich and a cup of broccolli soup please. Just working to pay for my next video game guy — «I am sorry we are out of the torpedo bread and then a female coworker goe’s over to the soup canister and says«no soup for you» well not really, but basicly says there is no soup left as she rattles the laddle around inside the metal canister. Me with coupon: Damn. Me with coupon: then wastes 5 more minutes trying to figure out what I want now, because my heart was set on a Torpedo and some soup! Me with coupon: ok I guess just give me a Black Angus steak sandwich. Just working to pay for my next video game guy — Yea, Im sorry we are out of that meat. Me with coupon — Seriously? Me with coupon — wastes another 5 minutes of lunch break looking for something else. Me with coupon — ok, how about a Pastrami? Just working to pay for my next video game guy — Nope, we dont have that either. Me with coupon — with very defeated look on my face. «I guess your out of Cheese Steak too huh? ». Yea, of course you are… «what the hell do you have? are you out of everything or what? « Just working to pay for my next video game guy, and coworker no soup girl complain on and on about how the manager didnt cut any of the meat today and point to the back room and ask me a few times if I would like them to go get him from the back so I can talk to him about it. Me with coupon —(confused now) Why, should I scold him or something??? . Me with coupon — wastes another 5 minutes talking about how dissapointed I was that I came here hoping to use my buy one get one free coupon on a sandwich I was really really craving, but now I have been reduced down to getting nothing better then a subway packaged ham sandwich. and not to mention, how come one of you couldnt just tell me in the first place you were out of pretty much everything and just let me know what was available? because at this point I will now be late getting back from my lunch break! and I havent even gotten any food yet! I asked if I could at least get the buy one get one free special this time, and be able to keep my coupon for another time when they did have a selection… because now I pretty much have only two choices: to not eat any lunch or to order something I really didnt want because I have no time on my lunch break to go somehwere else… What do you think they said… Come on just guess… Thats right… it was — NO. P.S I was the only customer in Quiznos this whole time — seriously 20 minutes trying to order something! Me with coupon — walks out without her coupon and sandwiches I really didnt want. Oh look… there was something after all in the soup canister… A 1STARREVIEWFORQUIZNO’S ONTAMPA!
