Really disappointed with this visit. Ordered two bowls to go. When given order was told that I was good to go. I took the person’s word and didn’t bother to check the bags, I guess that was my mistake. When I got home was missing all the condiments, spoons/forks, even condiments. I know it’s something small. But something like not having a fork when you’re on the go and ur trying to have lunch or dinner is just not the right experience.

I like this spot bcoz they play cool variety of classic music. While they prep your subway, they toss the scraps of meat and cheese in the trash but if you would like to take some scraps home for your doggie, they’ll let you have some

I’d like to preface this by saying that this is more of a message to management and the owner than it is about the quality or tastiness of the food. Jersey Mike’s will always be – in my eyes – a superior, chain, sandwich shop. Today I visited the Northridge location, choosing it over the Chipotle and other surrounding concepts, because I knew it would be the fastest place to grab a bite to eat without having to compromise on quality and taste. And, while the food turned out as expected, the service did not. With only three other guests in front of me, my total time visited for a togo regular #9 was almost 20 minutes. It took the young man who was sprinkling, over 5 minutes to make two sandwiches Mike’s Way with easy lettuce and cherry pepper relish on one and with jalapeños on the other. Probably because he kept on chatting with the slicer and not really listening or paying attention. The guest in line in front of me was clearly frustrated. When it’s finally my turn, instead of asking me how my day was or even just how I wanted my sandwich, the slicer and sprinkler began chit chatting again at which point I stepped in and had to somewhat aggressively ask for my sandwich to be made. The young man working the register who clearly sensed that I was unhappy tried to amend the situation by apologizing for the wait and explained to me that they were short staffed due to someone calling out. Though this was a sweet gesture it was a blatant lie. How do I know this? It’s because I was a supervisor for the Jersey Mike’s for nearly 3 years. At the time of my visit there was: a slicer, a sprinkler, a person on register and even someone designated to doing hot subs. So whether or not someone had called out, they were not short staffed. I am letting you know this because I know that Jersey Mike’s can be better and is one of the few concepts out there right now that is really committed to giving guests the best experience. It’s the kind of place that to this day, years later, a place I truly enjoyed working at. So to whoever is your manager for this location, I urge you to remind your staff that that’s what you should never forget.

Great place, great location. The subs are delicious. I don’t think i’ll ever be going back to subway. Everything in jersey mike’s is fresh and you can taste the quality. Customer service is awsome. They are always nice and friendly.

Everyone here is genuinely nice. The service is awesome & so is the food. You really notice the difference in service here. Management is great too. Every time we come, we are greeted with friendly folks, get our food fast & thanked for our business as we walk out the door. They are doing something right with who they hire here!

The food is always solid but the service here was just horrible. The guy who works the front counter on Sunday the 6th afternoon shift needs to be fired. Just ask his coworkers. This kid was the worst employee ever. Any way, not sure what the deal was today. I won’t come back here.

Not the friendliest crew. Just got a Sammie from the Northridge store. No Hi, welcome to Jersey Mikes! Like the Woodland Hills store says when ever someone walks in. Stood around waiting for someone to acknowledge my desire to order a sandwich even though there were 5 people behind the counter. The sandwiches are solid but the customer service needs improving. It’s more important to interact with your customers than talking to your coworkers about random topics.

Go with any of the cold cut sandwiches and get it Mike’s way. Add pepperocini for an extra kick. The selections with bacon and mayo are the best. If you order any sandwich under the giant size then you’re paying way too much. So bring four friends and split the giant size. Or buy the giant size and eat it over four days. Sandwiches aren’t always good if you set them aside for a day. Jersey Mike’s sandwiches are an exception to this. They get better every day they sit. The quality bread doesn’t become soggy. Give it a try. One negative thing is the hot sandwiches. I tried the Philly cheese steak sandwich once and found it repulsive.

Subs were hella good. Philly cheese steak could off been better. But the club supreme was bomb. Good service and cool dudes. Even got a free cookie for being our 1st time eatting at this place. More expensive then subway but way better quality bread and meat. Over all pretty dam good and hell ya we coming back

Beats subway anytime, I’m hooked on you Mike! Give me an original jersey with all the fixings. Although it does cause a bit of lock jaw, watch out TMJ sufferers!

If you’re into sandwiches, I’d recommend this place. It is a bit pricier than subway, at about the same cost as a footlong for their regular size, which is about 8 inches. Still, if want to choose quality over quantity, you will definitely taste the difference in each bite.

These guys and ladies work hard and as fast as one can go making fresh subs. Everything is fresh sliced so the edges of the meat aren’t crusty and the bread is still squishy! Best of all you can get creative with basically whatever they have. I just turned a 42(chicken chipoltle cheesesteak) into a quesadilla and it is crispy from the grill. Good stuff, super fresh, great folks behind the counter.

I’ve picked up sandwiches from this Jersey Mikes several times. Always good and service is always great. I’m writing a review today because I want to defend the service given to another customer. This other lady and I were there at aprox. 7:30 tonight. The other lady arrived agitated. She ordered her sandwich and then had a problem with the credit card machine. The cashier tried to help her but she got very nasty. She was entering the information wrong. The cashier offered to run the card for her. She she was having a bad day and the cashier said he wasn’t trying to add to her bad day. He was polite, calm and professional. Her card finally went through and I had left.

I typically don’t complain but I am going to share my experience. I picked up lunch to go, veggie sub, chips and drink. After I drove home, I opened the sun chips And thought, «wow these taste stale.» Today is May 28, 2015 and I looked on the date of the bag… May 19, 2015. No wonder they were stale. Maybe it’s my fault I should’ve checked before leaving. But, what restaurant displays weeks old stale chips?! So disappointed. Just makes me wonder, what else isn’t fresh… Highly bummed. Won’t be back. Sand which was alright. So I couldn’t give just 1 star…

My first time at this location and only been to any Jersey Mike’s a couple of times. The customer service was great and professional. I had the Buffalo Chicken wrap on a wheat tortilla. The wrap was awesome, tasty, and overall a good feel meal. Total cost for the wrap, chips, and a drink wasnt cheap but worth the quality.

I regret to write this, but on 2−25−15 I ordered online. I chose the Northridge location near Best Buy and 24– hour fitness. Never mind that they claimed to not receiving my order. They made it on the spot. The staff was very upset that I interrupted their gabfest. A tall gal. a short gal and a male were present. The tall gal was the rudest, condescending, big mouth, know it all I’ve EVER experienced in any food establishment. She spoke over me… she failed to listen and as a result. made the wrong sandwiches and soaked the bread to the point that we tossed it out. It wasn’t even good enough to give to our pups. She questioned me three effing times on weather or not I chose the right store… seriously dude?! Get rid of that passive aggressive unwelcoming worker or put her ass in the back… terrible attitude. Awful disposition… see photo

This was my first time trying one of their Sandwiches. Not bad, I would have to say its a better sandwich than subway and its going to cost you a little more. Their regular sandwich and some chips and a regular drink is going to cost you about $ 10.88.So your paying a little more. I told the employee I would like my bread toasted and he said we put the bread on the grill to toast it, OK. There was a couple of employees there. I was going to eat my meal here, rather than take it home. but most of the tables where dirty. The female employee was doing prep work. She should have looked into the dinning room, or some employee should have looked and gave some attention in cleaning the tables. Its a small location. So I would say, its always a training issue to develop your employees to clean as you go. Do a walk-threw after your lunch rush or when it allows you to. The sandwich had a good taste, but I made a big mistake by not eating it here, because by the time I got home the sandwich was soggy, because of the oil and vinegar, my mistake. A greeting from the employees would have been nice, especially since I was standing and looking at the menu on what to order, it wasn’t done. Set the bar higher for your employees, Acknowledge your guests, its free and yet it goes a long way. 2015 Unilocal Challenge.022/100

Today they are a one star. This location is inconsistent in their service. Sometimes they are really good, but half the time they get our orders wrong. My father was there after 6p today: We ordered 3 cold sandwiches Mike’s way, but when we came home we discovered that all 3 were missing oil and vinegar. I ordered the philly, but the cheese tastes different — I think they used provolone instead of Swiss. We also ordered 3 chili BOWLS, all with grilled onions and cheese. My dad had to correct them when they only gave us 1 chili CUP. Out of the 3 cups, only one had cold cheese and cold onion. When my dad asked if they had bowls, they dismissed him by saying«we don’t have them,» without explaining if they had run out or if they discontinued the size. I was there yesterday I ordered a mini tuna and a chili cup USUALLY they put grilled onions and melt the cheese with the cup or bowl of chill Girl with the short hair DIDNOTMELTMYCHEESE.
