Unfortunately, this place is terrible. Please do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs. The people behind the counter seemed irritated, and more interested in rushing customers out of there than answering questions about their terrible food. I ordered the BBQ chicken and spicy chicken, and both were essentially just pools of grease mixed with soy sauce and sugar, with the cheapest possible chunks of disgusting chicken. Even for a food court Chinese or «Thai» place, it failed to deliver even the smallest bit of satisfaction. The cashier also forgot to give me my drink after paying for my food, then gave me a Thai tea when I asked for a plain iced tea. This normally wouldn’t be an issue, however, she then attempted to force me to keep it when I told her it wasn’t what I had asked for. I had to actually demand a refund for the drink when she finally disclosed that they didn’t have normal tea there. All-in-all, I’d highly recommend avoiding this place unless you’re in the market for a triple bypass, and hungry for disappointment.

Food was OK for a food court. Only 1 dish with white meat chicken. They serve miserly portions. The Styrofoam plate was the smallest I’ve seen — much smaller than Panda Express. They pile the food high to make it look like you are getting a lot of food — but you are not!

Thumbs DOWN, Previously I ate from that place, it was good, BUT today I went, the workers DONOTUNDERSTANDENGLISH, after I gave the first order I asked for second order, whoever was helping me turned to another girl & gave my first order container to her, & told me she will help, I asked the new girl, for my second order, «she said 9.99, «I told her I have two more new orders to ask, again she said«9.99», so I asked«Does anyone speaks English here?, the first female who helped me first has the audacity to tell me that she understands English, by pointing to the one who only knows how to say«9.99» I took an empty container to give to this 9.99 girl, when the guy who was standing there pulled the container out of my hand, & that AIRHEAD kept saying 9.99, we just left no use. They deserve(- 5), if you speak that ugly language, & you know how to deal with morons, & arrogant people, you can enjoy the food there.

Everything about this place is horrible. I thought I would give this place a chance since they seemed decent. NOT. After eating their lo mein and fried rice, my mouth started dripping oil. Mango chicken is alright except for being too sweet. Spicy chicken tastes like shit. Thai bbq chicken is ok. Their portions are really small. Go to Panda Express.

First of all this is not Thai food. This is what I would consider bottom of the chain Chinese food. Second, I don’t know what they put in their food, but within 10 minutes of eating I was incredibly sick. There is either an enormous amount of msg or the food is spoiled. So since I’m sick and now really upset that I spent money to feel this horrible, I’m writing the review in hopes that it will discourage others from going here.

To call this place a Thai restaurant is not only insulting, it’s utter blasphemy. Any place that has to label their food so you can tell what it’s supposed to be– should be a big time frigging hint that you are entering the land of the completely clueless. Unless you’re into florescent pink noodles with neon ketchup, run, don’t walk away from this hell hole. They seriously don’t deserve to be in business. Period.

Their food is a hit or miss kind of thing. Sometimes it’s decent, sometimes it sucks. They hook you with their samples. I’ve been here a few times because I use to work at the mall. Today I went with my boyfriend and it was a disappointment. We sampled the mango chicken at the front with the guy who gives out the samples while people are walking. We decided to eat there and sampled it again but this time inside where the food actually is and it was stale, dry and chewy. We asked if they’re making a new batch any time soon and they said 10 min. We walked around and came back about 5 – 10 min later just to check on it and it looked like a new batch. We asked them if it was the fresh one and they said YES. That was the biggest lie ever! We ordered it, sat down and it was still hard, chewy and stale! It wasn’t even really warm. I turned around and saw the cook making it. My boyfriend went to the counter and said, «I thought you said this was fresh» the girl said 10 min! And he said well just asked you if his was the fresh one a minute ago and you said YES! She agreed to give the fresh one. So she took our whole entire plate and took out the old mango chicken and replaced it with a new one. It was kind of unsanitary because she used the serving spoon to remove it off our plate. I don’t think it was necessary because she could’ve just put the fresh chicken in another bowl instead of taking me back what we’ve already eaten from. I doubt I’ll be coming back here again.

I was so hungry that I didn’t read Unilocal before dining here. My gaw! Why is this even considered Thai food?!? And where do they buy their meat!!! I give my dog better tasting chicken than this. Ya know that old gamey chicken taste? And that funky tasting mystery meat they call beef? What the freak did I just eat? I payed for it so I had to eat at least half of it until I almost gagged. What’s up with the cheap bloated chowmein and the cheap quality fried rice? Why do they charge extra for differnt rice? What’s up with all this red grease on my spicy chicken? Where’s the jasmine rice? Do these people not test their food? Nothing is authentic. Just cheap food that’s not worth it!!! Why am I here? Why is there a man in the front passing out free samples in his own station? Fix the food! Fix everything!!!

The food here is decent. Its fast food Thai, so don’t expect some amazing super authentic food. But for under $ 10 you get a lot of food and you get it fast and hot. I actually prefer coming here compared to the other food stations in this malls food court.

Well, this didn’t go as I expected… I expected Thai food and this was far from it. Almost Everything taste the same! SWEET! Portions are average I guess, food didn’t taste fresh. Noodles tasted sweet, not sure why, beef and broccoli was not the greatest, Mango chicken had good taste and probably the okay thing I had. Not sure if this place qualifies as a Thai restaurant lol. Service was okay. Girl giving samples was nice. But I will not be coming back anytime soon.

I should have listened to the other Unilocalers, now I understand why this place has the ratings it does. The girl at the front passing out samples is very enthusiastic. I guess that’s how you get lured in. The portion sizes are stingy and one bite everything tastes sweet yet old. I couldn’t eat the broccoli as it has a old sour taste to it. The noodles were overly sweet. The only thing edible was the mango chicken I originally came in for. This is definitely not Thai food, it’s overly greasy and sweet. This is define you not sitting well. :/When your fellow Unilocalers are trying to look out for you and warning you, listen! Lesson learned :)

Ugh, the food was terrible. The pad Thai was cold and tasted weird, the spicy mango chicken was so artificial and nasty, and the chicken curry was abysmal. Should have realized the place was empty for a reason. If you like Thai food, go somewhere else. Wretched…

YUCK!!! This place is horrible… I went today while waiting to pick up my glasses… the chicken is fatty & all cheap thigh meat… the rice tastes like it came from a box… literally the worst rice ever! Now, lets talk about the Thai tea… if you want to call it that, that too was the worst I’ve ever tasted! It had this weird undescribable taste… how can you F up Thai tea??? They tempt you with samples as u walk by but trust when I say, keep it movin!(located in Northridge mall food court, west side)

For Thai food this place is very mediocre. Everything here is just way too salty. I had the basil chicken with pad Thai… none of it tasted like Thai food. It was greasy and just reminded me unfortunately of a Panda Express… Just way saltier! Oh and they have«Mango Chicken» that is just their version of orange chicken. Pad Thai noodles are supposed to come with peanuts, onions, and a plethora of other yummy ingredients… to call what I ordered«Pad Thai» false advertising! Hopefully you’ll have a better experience than I did… but I wasn’t impressed!

YUM! Line was kinda long but it’s because their food is so delicious! And NOMSG! While meandering around the mall food court I didn’t know what I wanted. I tried a sample of their Thai spicy chicken and I was sold! Delicious fast food with no added MSG. What could be more guilt free? My advice: try this place!

This place just opened and I love their go getter attitude! In a mall where restaurants get shut down easily these guys are pretty aggressive with their samples(in a good way!). It’s like a Thai version of Panda Express! You can also get Pad Thai instead of chow mein and do a half and half combination! NOM!

New chain type fast food in the mall. It’s served like chinese food but is for thai food. They’re giving lots of samples now since it just opened yesterday. The food was just alright. I’m not really a thai food or fast food person so it wasn’t my thing. Customer service was great. They let you sample whatever you like and they’re pretty fast. I also got the thai tea which was way too sweet. The interior looks nice and inviting. Pretty spacious with plenty of tables. They also have things that you can order and then they’ll cook it. You can get rice or pad thai as the base and then 1, 2, or 3 combo entrees. The price is pretty fair. I got a two entrée combo and the thai tea for about ten dollars. Not bad but not something I would eat often. It’s less oil the chinese food place in the mall though.
