I’ve been coming here for at least 20yrs and I’ve never had issue with there service or timing of service, they have always been prompt and there work was and is always great, Rocky worked on my car several time as well as Bob and they were always very helpful, even Larry helped out a lot when he could of charged me for service and told me a repair i made was under warranty still and replace the part for free and charged me no labor, if anyone knows where Rocky or Bob as went I would have no problem taking my cars there… Good luck guys i wish you the best.

Went today with a friend to get an oil change. The man said it would be approximately one hour. We said fine and and sat down to wait. The car was finished way before an hour and had been checked out thoroughly. It was the best service either one of us had ever had at Firestone. Even though it is further away than the one we normally go to, we will be returning.

A few of the mechanics are good. A guy named Rocky is great. I use him over my dealership most of the time. Knows his stuff, and they don’t scam you here. An example is my Honda Accord was having problems with the check engine light was going on every few months — the O2 sensor kept breaking pretty often, and I kept going to my previous mechanic shop in Paramount. He kept splicing on a cheap part and it kept breaking. He says he was doing ME a favor by saving me money, but it didn’t save me money when I wasted time and money going back 3 times to get the same damn thing fixed. Rocky, from B&K Firestone, fixed it for me. It turns out the OEMO2 sensor fit flush and would last 100k miles. My old mechanic kept splicing in a cheap part and messing it up for me. This shop is my go-to shop from now on. I’m pretty car and maintenance savvy, and I’d have to say these guys provide good service and prices. I believe they service police and city government cars as well.
