McDonald’s

Times must be tough here… My 10 puede chicken mcnuggets only had 6. Either they’re cutting cost on portions or on employees that can count. But thanks for the extra sauce that I didn’t ask for… Not sure what I need it for since I was short on McNuggets!

Came during the 20 mins break for jury duty, it’s about a 5 mins walk one way wasn’t sure if I can make it back in time. the cashiers here were efficient, made it back to jury duty just fine.

My iced coffee waa delicious and they made it exactly how I wanted it! Cashier could of smiled a bit more and stopped asking me «is that it?» and just let me finish making my order– definetely needs to be re-​trained!

10 ’ minutes to get through the drive through and there was only 1 car ahead of me… what the heck is wrong with this place…

This location in the morning has a huge morning rush along with lunch and dinner to although do come lil extra early but they are very friendly and professional Is a busy location they do have a play gym for the kids.

Service was great this morning (: workers working hard to satisfy customers wether it’s getting them a water or maintaining the restaurant. Great.

Rarely come to mc Donald’s but when I do they surprise me with there wait times. I ordered a large fry and a mc double at 19:23. It is now 7:32 and I still have not received my food or my drink for that matter. Truly something remarkable
It is now 19:38 and I have barely received my food to make matters worse I tell the idiot to go. They call my number 169 and its on a tray to dine inn. And these idiots want 15 $ hr! Fucking joking right ???

Just got home 5 minutes ago went to eat a fry and there is literally no salt. Matter of fact they taste just like oil literally. The shitty part is when you are craving mc Donald’s you ARE CRAVING IT. I literally haven’t ate here in ages and when I finally do its a fuck fest. Please don’t pay these jack asses 15 $ there will be no incentive for them to actually work hard since they will be competent with that amount of pay.

Super slow service, combined with not offering dollar drinks, means I won’t be back. Amazingly, I had time to write this while in the drive through. This place looks nicely remodeled on the outside, but that hides the poor service. My chicken sandwich bun was burnt, and tasted terrible.

Who doesn’t love a quick treat from your local McDonald’s. But what if your local McDonalds is run by a lazy staff and poor management. Well that’s what you’ll find at this location. Prepare yourself for dirty tables, no lids for soft drinks, caution tape blocking 2 booths and a long wait time for your food inside the dining area. It’s bad enough that you are greeted by every vagrant in the local area and asked for spare change but nothing is worse than a messy and dirty dining area. Shame on you McDonalds!

Had a very bad experience. the morning manager is so rude and definietly dont know nothing about customer service. I ordered a number 6 breakfast meal and i noticed my sausage biscuit and egg dident have cheese so i asked the cashier if i can get cheese on my order. She than charged me so i paid and waited. Few seconds later the manager walks out with a nasty attitude and hands me my sandwich and practically shoved it in my hands. She dident even melt the cheese, it was very cold. When we walked out the manager and a few of the workers were starring at us and they were all laughing. I hope this manager gets fired. She needs to learn how to treat her clients smh.

Terrible service.
Forgot to take my order.
Forgot to give me my debit card back.
Had to ask them for both.
No one smiled. No one apologized. They all had an «eh» attitude.
Last time I go there for a McFlurry lol

I gave it a one star because I have to at least give it one. Otherwise I’d give it a 0. Went to the drive thru and ordered 2 Big Macs without cheese because I am allergic to cheese. I even made sure to repeat myself that I didn’t want cheese. I ordered 2 drinks and only got one. When I got to the second window they hanged me the food and drink. I told the girl that I had ordered 2 drinks and she seemed annoyed that I even mentioned it. Told me to park in front and she’d be out with my drink. While I was waiting for my drink I was going to bite into my burger and there was cheese in it. Checked the second burger and what do you know there’s cheese in that one too. I walked in to explain to them the issue that I am allergic to cheese and that they need to pay more attention to this kind of stuff. The person I complained to, Alexis had gotten the burgers and put them on the back and seemed bothered that I even complained. Well I ended up finally getting my food, but this is very dangerous and I will. NEVER be going to this location ever again.

i would just like to inform everyone of what I saw today while eating there today, I clearly saw a woman scratching her underarms then continue to make burgers! Needless to say I left my food and took my kids elsewhere to find lunch. In addition the manager is rude and yells obscenities to his employees loud enough for the customers to hear is was very unprofessional, I wonder where the H. R representative is… they should definitely check this place out in additional to the health inspector. I will never go back to this location!

I’ve lived in Norwalk for about 15 years and haven’t been to this McDonald’s for 3 year and just went and got greeted with a welcome to McDonald’s in a good and happy tone and not with like most of the other ones were it sounds like they don’t want to be there,

This is another of the newer remodeled McDonald’s. The entry to the store is open and inviting, and much like my favorite location on Washington Blvd in Whittier I really like the architectural ‘feel’ here.
Though the seating design is open, there are still ‘booths’ toward the rear that allow for a more private feel conducive to long internet or study sessions. My visit was just after 12 noon on a weekday, and though the drive thru and the store were busy, there was no longish wait and service was quick.
The service was fine, and Guillermo the General Manager served me with a smile and great spirit.
Overall rating: 4 Stars for now with more feedback to come in the future.

DISCLAIMER: I TRY not to eat fast food, but since I did I will NOT rate McDonald’s on the «quality (ingredients)» of their food.
This is one of the best McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to. I work across the street, so I come here somewhat often. Every employee that I’ve encountered has been very friendly and had my order correctly. I usually go through the drive-​thru and I never wait for more than 5 – 10 minutes. They are very efficient and my food has never tasted bad. I have nothing bad to say.

If I could rate this McDonald’s a zero I would for bad customer service. Needs new management, very poor service. Place looks dirty restrooms smell, bad customer service. Employees fighting among themselves and clients. Really considering going somewhere else.

Hate this mcdonalds. I’m not even talking about their food. It all tastes the same. I’m talking about their service. Horrible, most horrible service from people here than anywhere else I’ve been.
Horrible McDonalds. Never come here, and if you do use the drive thru on your right hand side.

The food was good.
However, the customer service was TERRIBLE!
