Called them at 11 a.m. on Saturday, looking for a used replacement for a blown out front tire on my SUV. I spoke to Rico, and even though we had some communication problems – I don’t speak Spanish, and wasn’t sure I was reading the right numbers off the dead one – he assured me they could help me, and told me to come on in. I asked him if I needed an appointment, and he said «no.» I was in and out in 20 minutes. The tire, looks new, rides well, and the service was $ 35. Everyone was very nice, and they even re-​mounted the spare underneath the car. (AAA had kept the key.) The only possible downside, as others have noted, was the lack of parking, but that’s true of all of those businesses on Pioneer. I’ll definitely be back… hopefully, not too soon!

I’ve heard many good things about this place from my stepdad as this is his go-​to auto shop, and I decided to give it a try. It was time for my car to have its brakes replaced and it was decently priced at $ 190 for all four brakes. Parking in the shop and on the streets are very limited, but I didn’t have a hard time as I was the very first customer at 8am. Whether they were just barely walking in, or setting up, ALL of the employees were very polite and friendly: They gave me a 2.5 hour estimated wait time, and exactly 2.5 hours later, I was given a courtesy call about my car being ready. I’ll be coming back and willing to make this my «go-​to» shop if the friendly customer service I received is what will always be offered!

Right when I walked up we were greeted and helped right away. The guys here are friendly and management honored the coupon on Unilocal when I checked in. The tires were reasonably priced and I felt very satisfied with the customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. I first had tried going to Pro Tire and wheels down the street but they had poor customer from beginning so I left and decided to come here instead. I’m so glad I did. I’ll be coming here from now on for any tire needs.

I needed to replace a bad cracking tire ASAP. Found Brother’s with a Unilocal search. There were enough good reviews so decided to just drop in and give it a shot. We pulled into their small lot and was quickly directed by one of the workers on where to park since the lot was mostly full. He guided us in like those dudes do with airplanes when they have to park. The same guy asked what we needed. I showed him the tire. He quickly brought out a new mid range tire and said mounting, balancing, taxes out the door was $ 78. Sounded reasonable enough to me. Was in and out in 20 minutes tops. No frills shop. Friendly, fast and no bull shit hard sells like the big chain tire chains. Thanks Brother’s!

I called and asked for 185 60r16 and they confirm they have the tire. I drive there to find out that they don’t have that tire size but they try selling me other sizes once I got there. I hope this occurrence was by mistake and not malicious intent to get me to their shop to buy their tires.
DON’T TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Really good place for all sorts of tires!!! I just got two used tires and it’s in great shape!!. Tires plus instalation for $ 35 bucks a tire. Ask for Oscar!!! He’s awesome!!! he’ll definitely help you out!!!

I had a little difficulty understanding the first gentleman that helped me out, what with my broken Spanish and his broken English, but after a little bit he grabbed someone else for me. Hell, we tried. Haha. Everyone is super nice and seems to know what they’re talking about.
Willing to go the extra mile and get the tires I wanted in the next day because they were not a floor stock for them. I opted for the ones they had on hand though because they were descent and had a pretty good warranty.
Super fast. I was in and out of there in less than 30 mins. Considering there were 3 people ahead of me, that must be a record or something, right?
Go here for tires!!!
