After 2 years of dealing with the same carpet issues I am compelled to write a review. I bought a bound area carpet from CK approximately 2 years ago, it took over 1 year to get CK to respond to my emails and come out to resolve the problem. They finally replaced the carpet, however within 1 month the stitched areas were already unraveling and the bound areas were rippling. Again, I emailed pictures and made numerous phone calls, and now almost a year later I still cannot get Steve or Joe to return my calls or offer a resolution. I just want a refund for their shoddy service. After the first replacement they even asked me to go on the BBB website and give them a good review! I have now filed an additional complaint.

As someone with pets and small children running amok, I wanted wood flooring that would look great but not damage as easily as real wood. The sales person pointed me in the right direction and showed me a number of different colors and brands. I was really surprised by how affordable it was, and how quickly they were able to come and install it. The crew was very friendly and professional and arrived on time. Through no fault of theirs, it ended up taking a long time to remove the original ceramic tile that was in my foyer… the men worked a long day, worked hard and apologized profusely for how long it took. (That’s the only reason why I gave 4 stars… but not really their fault… that ceramic tile was a B**TCH!) I would absolutely recommend Carpet King to anyone for their quality, prices, and professionalism. I wish I’d done the living room, too!

Much larger than I thought, for selection. Sales guy (Jose) could learn to slow down his spiel but he did hustle to get things done, better pricing and delivery on time! They did ask for half down in order to get them to come in and measure. That IS a bit high so be prepared. No complaints
