Worst chuck e cheese experience I’ve ever encountered! Ordered cheesy bread at 5pm for takeout, waited over an hour, and still did not receive them. Asked for a refund and they refused. DONOT come to this location!!! You’ll be very disappointed

I’ve been taking my kids here to celebrate good grades, or celebrate a birthday, or just to have fun. I love how they provide stamps for each family that enters. So if you arrive together, you leave together. I like the security of knowing my child will not be walked out by a complete stranger. This CEC is always crowded on the weekends and sometimes weekdays in the evening time. But you are still able to play whatever game you one. The best part is every game it’s only 1 token. That’s a plus for me since kids go through them like eating candy. They had variety of games for all ages. I like what they set up the games area. 1 side is mainly games and the other size is a playground with little kiddie games. Food is good. Who doesn’t like pizza and salad. I mainly hit the salad bar because it’s all you can eat heheh I’m down to eat healthy. Pizza is not so bad. You just have to eat it right away or else it won’t taste as good. The cons is they don’t have enough worker to attend guests needs. Wish they have more help so it runs smoothly. Prize aren’t so bad. But you would have to go a few trip to win the good prize. My kids will love anything they can get. Any prize is a win to them. The games gives out lots of tickets. Overall, it’s a spot to take kids and let them go wild and loose. Hehehe fun for family to enjoy

I am Taiwanese!!! This is a review on the workers there … my kids who are 18, 11, and 8 … felt discriminated against. They were all smiles to everyone else and happy to help but when my kids asked for help they got … we will be right with you, I will get someone, and we will be right there(they waited 10 minutes at the counter) those were the actual response they got from the workers 3 of them different people … one I actually watches as she walked around and did nothing and could have helped us. I will never go here ever again!!! My kids felt sad and angry these are not what they should feel at chuck e cheese!!!

Overall had a good experience at this location being I always went to the cerritos location but should look i, to getting a friendlier face in the front(TAYLOR) HADTHEWORST Customer service skills ever I barely even approached the counter when I got there and she gave off an attitude I work with people every day and especially childrwn. And if your going to be shutting things down go around and tell the customers that are there… And if your going to shut down a salad bar make it known your shutting it down not that it matters the stuff isn’t that great anyways. Have a better way of saying things and take the bitch look off of your face. Or find a new job plain and simple :) everyone else to, ight on 4÷20÷16 that worked did great. except TAYLOR.

Can’t believe on a Tuesday evening that their ticket time for an individual Pizza was 45 minutes. The host Jasmine had a bad attitude just cause I asked for the pizza. Won’t be coming back here anymore.

Three stars. Thats overrated. Pizza was good greasy. Salad bar was sad. I was happy to get my salad until about half way when these ghetto nasty people came in and dug their hands into the ambrosia jello and oranges and everything else this girl with red hair red checkered flannel was so unremorsefully gross telling the kids go ahead dig in you’re missing out! Ugh, to say the least i ate my salad but then found the lettuce to be dirty :(mmmmm… Im over it.

The crowd is kinda ghetto. My kids had fun though. But the part that was super annoying and made me feel like«OMG, really? Get it together in here!» was the fact the changing table in the women’s restroom was broken. Had to take my infant son to my car and change him there. That was super annoying.

Chuck E. Cheese’s the place where you could spend countless hours in as a kid but as an adult it borderline tempts you to want to overdose on birth control. I’ve only visited this location once and that visit alone was enough for me. My family has been attending Chuck E. Cheese’s for generations. We frequent the Carson location because it’s closer to home. I came to this location with my boyfriend and his family for his sisters 9th birthday party. We entered and it was crowded. Very, very crowded. We divided into two groups one had the task of finding a table and the other had to stand in the long line to order. Thankfully I was in the table finding group. We were able to find a table but it was dirty so we had to ask an employee to wipe it down for us. The salad bar was somewhat messy. I wish I would have taken a picture of it. There were croutons and veggies scattered all over the counter and on the floor. Still, I managed to make myself a delicious salad. Salad master over here guys! Our pizza took over 45 minutes to be brought to our table. My boyfriends mom had to go ask the ladies behind the register about the status of our order. I’ve never had that problem at a Chuck E. Cheese’s before not even on a busy day. As soon as our pizza arrived we began to dig in. The pizza was okay; it was oily in true Chuck E. Cheese’s form. The restroom was a nightmare. The floor was very wet and there was toilet paper scattered all over the floor. Wet floors are very dangerous hazards. That’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. Mya, the birthday girl, was ready to play. The games were fun and we had a blast. Our favorite was the skee-ball and the NOS street racer game. We also cheered my boyfriend on as he unsuccessfully attempted to hoop(it’s okay babe you’re still our Kobe). In the end she was only able to win a couple of small items with the tickets she amounted. She was happy and had a good time and that’s what matters. Employees are friendly and helpful. I know that tidiness can be the last thing on your mind on a busy day but the cleanliness of a facility really does affect a customers visit. It’s an okay location if you live within the area but I do suggest you avoid very busy days.

Over the years I think I’ve been to every Chuck E Cheese in Southern California:) Many Birthdays have been celebrated and lots of trips just for fun. The Torrance location was our local and closest, Now it’s Norwalk off Firestone. We had stop our chuckle e Cheese visits after my son turned 9 that was 2 years ago he thought he had outgrown the place, I think it was the location we had frequent that was the Cerritos across from the mall, On a few visits our orders was forgotten I had to ask n ask & the games weren’t updated and way to crowed it made us Forget and not want to visit the restaurant chain, Sad I really liked the pizza with the salad bar. Very Happy to find the Norwalk location and it will be our Chuck E Cheese to go to from now on, Having our baby Ryan who just turned 2 and celebrating his birthday here, He now says Chuck E Cheese please all day since his birthday. LOVETHESERVICE, THEFOOD pizza so so good and the salad bar. THEPLACE is BIG, CLEAN rides are Newer and 3 Big rooms for the games is a plus everyone was super friendly and a BIGPLUS was CHUCK E DANCE I even wanted to jump in and dance … We will definitely be back. I’m sure it will be weekly or 2x a month :)

This is the most disgusting chuck e cheese I have ever been to. It’s dirty, the restrooms smelled horrible and I waited literally more than one hour just for an order of wings. When the wings came we had to ask for ranch and the celery sticks that came with the wings weren’t even washed as they had dirt in the creases of the celery. Will not be coming to this location ever again. Gross!

I am very surprised at how many bad/neutral reviews this Chuck E. Cheese has because I had a very pleasant experience here last night. Family and I came here around 7:40pm for some food and games for the kids, and this Chuck E. Cheese wasn’t full as much. As we walked in down the line we noticed their mascot Chucky was by the entrance hanging out with some kids and giving away tickets. Note that we had a 6 year old with us who was about to miss out on all the fun but NOPE. Chucky turned around and acknowledged him and even gave him tickets so he wouldn’t be left out! We made our way to the front counter and ordered with a nice cashier girl who gave us our drink cups, our coins, and number quickly. After about a 15 – 20 minute wait(not bad) we got our two large pizzas and they were SOGOOD I didn’t get a chance to take a picture for Unilocal haha. It had been a while since I tried a good pizza from Chuck E. Cheese! Perfect amount of sauce, delicious mozzarella cheese and cooked till brown. Let me talk about the games now: 1 coin per game and you win at least 1 ticket for trying. It was cool, decent for a kid who smiles and gets excited for 1 ticket. On our way out to end the night we cashed out our tickets in their booth, collected some prizes but then we realize we lost a beanie! So we walked back in and the young lady let us back in. We asked a guy who was cleaning and he was honest and nice and told us «yes» he found our beanie! Not many people are honest! I can say we really had a good time! Cannot wait to be back!

Chuck E Cheese is a popular pizza place for kids who want an experience that goes beyond your typical meal. It has been around for over 20 years and has gained popularity among children and their families. Several upgrades have been made to most of their locations. Chuck E Cheese(the character) has received a makeover as well. I was told that Chuck was originally promoted as a rat but nowadays, he’s a mouse. It is located on the corner of Studebaker Rd and Firestone Blvd. You’ll find Chuck E Cheese tucked away in the northeast corner of the shopping center. It’s a little hidden but keep driving toward the back and you’ll see the restaurant. I do believe that they frown upon children being dropped off without a parent or guardian present in the building. Therefore if you come with a child, you’ll receive matching stamps that identifies parents and their children. Your child’s safety is their number one priority so expect to show your stamps prior to exiting the restaurant. From a child’s perspective, this is almost like Heaven! They have a big mouse, games, tokens, tickets, and prizes!!! Besides food, this is all that you need to keep them preoccupied and happy! To be honest, the main draw to Chuck E Cheese is all of the interactive games and opportunities to dance with the big Cheese himself. They usually announce that he’s going to make an appearance and all of the kids become excited. All of the sudden, you’ll hear some music and bam… Here comes Chuck! The children have to follow him around as he dances throughout the restaurant in a subdued manner. He can’t get too crazy in there because they want to prevent injuries. Anyway, the purpose of Chuck’s interaction is to give the kids tickets. They usually go crazy once those tickets start flying! Now if the kids want more entertainment, step over to the counter and purchase a bucket full of tokens. They can be used at all of the games and most of the time, tickets are awarded once the game is over. Many of the machines are super stingy and don’t give you the tickets that you truly earned. It’s not uncommon to finish a round of ski-ball or shooting some hoops only to have absolutely nothing come out of the ticket dispenser. There’s two ways to deal with this: 1. Ask for assistance from the manager. 2. Watch people who are playing the games and if they don’t get their tickets, skip that game! I think the biggest disappointment for the children is that they need a lot of tickets to get the prizes that they want the most. So it’s not uncommon to see parents purchasing the prizes when the kids are short on tickets. I think you can also pay the difference to help the children get what they really have their heart set on winning. So how’s the food at Chuck E Cheese? Well, it’s not that bad if you ask the kids but the adults usually have a different opinion. They have made ongoing changes to their menu over time but the food is just ok. I don’t come here to eat, I come to entertain my niece and help her win some prizes. I do believe that this is a great place for children because it provides them with the perfect amount of entertainment. For people that want to avoid the expense or headaches of theme parks, this is a good alternative. Plus, there are ways to save money during your visit. Sign up for their e-club and you’ll receive all kinds of deals/coupons to save money on food and tokens. Chuck E Cheese is clean, well-managed, and accomplishes a lot in a small amount of space.

Cheese pizza with sausage was fine my kids and husband ate it. The gluten free pizza was awful. If you need to go GF just get the salad bar. All the games we tried worked and the staff was very polite and accommodating.

Honestly I had no interest in using Unilocal for anything other than looking up places to eat. Until tonight. We came here for a surprise birthday party for my cousin. It was about 8pm or so by the time everyone was there, then 8:15pm when everything was in full swing. A bunch of high school kids(with parental supervision) running around and winning all the tickets their heart desired. All of us teenagers branched off into little subgroups. My group was just on a roll. We had won two jackpots and a bunch of tickets from playing other games. Everything was going great and we were planning on putting all the tickets together so my cousin could get a really cool prize(since it was her birthday). Then came the ball drop game. I’m not too sure what it was called. We had played a few rounds, then my friend and I started dropping balls like there was no tomorrow. We got the 50 ticket hole, then the jackpot! Nothing could ruin this day right!!! Wrong. As the tickets started stacking up, they stopped. Then a monotone voice said«check tickets.» Of course, we went to go tell someone. I talked to a very nice lady, and I saw that she talked into some sort of radio to call. We waited for about 15 minutes and no one ever came. Right when we were about to go ask again, more that half of the games in the building shut off without warning. Our tickets! :( We told the manager that we asked for help, and no one helped us. She was the one who shut down the games without warning. She gave us 200 tickets to make up for it, but her attitude was TERRIBLE. To end the night we wanted to take a bunch of pictures with the birthday girl on the chuck e sketch picture thing. We had taken the perfect picture! Or it would have been the perfect picture, if they didn’t turn off the machines as the picture was printing. To top it all off, the manager and staff members were LAUGHING at our«awwww“s and«booooo“s. All in all, terrible service. Terrible atmosphere. Terrible manager. Would not recommend going here at all unless you want to waste your money and go home disappointed.

I just read the previous review an wowzer! I was actually there the exact day and didn’t get to see that we’ve must of left earlier! Thank god! Well I give it two star rating for the fact that the pizza was delicious, and the fact that the games were all separated categorized by ages. Other than that the kids were acting outrageous it was super packed I’ve been to better!!!
