Very disappointed in a well established company. They were unable to follow through with product delivery once they have received the money. The couch I tested on the floor was not the one I received and when I told them about the situation (mistakes happen) they told me I was wrong. Eventually they admitted fault but had no solution for the error. Long story short I am 3 months post purchase and this has not been resolved. I escalated this to the store manager hoping this would speed things along but her «solution was to purchase new couch cushions or replace (i.e. pay for a new couch). I was absolutely over the situation so I opted to pay for the new cushions. I received an arrival date for them and they never showed up. I strongly encourage you not to shop or work with the Ethan Allen in Norwalk, CT. I can not speak for how other Ethan Allen locations are run but they can not be run worse than this.
