We have been using Hellas for 5 years and each year they take care of us. In 2009 I got a quote from another company, I called Hellas for a second opinion. They came and gave me their honest opinion and a very fair price. I decided to go with they company because they seem very knowledgable. They install well seamlessly and their work was nothing less of professional. Each year we participate in their maintenance program and our system still runs as great at the day it was installed. Great company– I have recommended their services to all friends and family

If you have John come to your house you’ll do good. He knows what he is doing. The problem is that I’ve had others who have come to the house who I would call incompetent at best. I have a heat pump (not recommended for this area!) and for three seasons had exorbitant electric bills due to their inability to solve a problem. My electric should typically be $ 250-​$ 300 in the dead of winter. Inability to solve problem the first time resulted in me having to pay considerably more in electric bill which of course I was stuck paying. I now have a disputed invoice for several visits because a new system shorted out.
I was told by one person @ Hellas I did not have to pay the bill and it would be removed. I got billed the following month and they said I had to pay it. Customer service is horrible. I am in the process of getting another company. Hellas has cost me thousands in increased utility bills.
