In-N-Out Burger

Need to work on cooking the meat all the way unless request. Over 2 times I had this issue. Waist of my time ! Makes me not want to crave in n out.

The animal style fries are perfect better than the one in alondra… love it will come back in 2 days

Not a bad In-​N-​Out but the location is the pitts. The drive through backs out onto the street and getting out is sometimes a pain.
It’s better than the new Alondra location but not the best choice during the dinner rush.

Ok I wouldnt go to this In N Out. Obviously the burgers tasted the same but damn that drive through line was slow… You can tell this is one of those old school In N Out and the building looks old. The grill looks tiny. There is two drive thru lines and this small grill cannot handle the orders! I’ll be going to the one on Firestone if im at work from now on. But I love In N Out. cause thats what a hamburgers all about.

Honestly I love this in n out. They have excellent costumer service they repeat everything so there’s no excuse of someone saying that that’s not what they ordered cause we have to do I our part and listen. I love the fact that they’re always in a good mood. They give me all the secret sauce I want lol and not to mention their food is amazing I have not had a single problem with this in n out and I come here every once in a while. I just love it I would recommend coming to this one if your looking for good food and good service :)

Hungry on a school day evening. When you’re a student In n Out for dinner is gold! Compared to top ramen noodles. Sorry to any college student on that diet currently, been there, done that!
Anyways! When we rolled into the drive through, there were about 4 vehicles ahead of us (far left entrance). We ordered 3 double doubles and a side of fries. We waited for about 15 minutes for the food. I guess we are spoiled and are used to our local In n Out being a little quicker.
We said «WTH is taking so long? What did these guys order??» We get to the window, finally, and I kid you not this building was a square, their kitchen probably had enough space to touch the walls on each side. Kuddos to you guys for rocking that kitchen!

The wait is forever for ordering at the window. They serve the drive thru customers first. I understand that they don’t want the line onto the street to be too long but it’s ridiculous for how long I have to wait to get my burger and fries. There’s no seating for you while you wait and there’s is no separate order and pick up window which makes it extremely inefficient. A seemingly short line actually takes forever for you to receive your food. There’s also tons of flies around. Never coming back to this location again.

Food is great, service is ok. But what really keeps me away from this place is the EXTRA long lines!!!
This place always has a block long line of cars. Maybe it has to do with the location but it’s terrible. You obstruct traffic and all the honking makes you just want to leave… So I leave!

I keep hearing that In-​N-​Out Burger’s fries are fresh and delicious, but every time I order my animal style fries, my fries comes out really cold.
Their burger is amazing though. Three stars for their burgers!

Needs no introduction, this place is a tier 1 power house as far as fast food is concerned. I would call it a guilty pleasure considering I’d more than likely come here than a more well-​known or recognized establishment.
Try getting your burgers animal style, or your fries, or both. You can’t go wrong with that combo. Even the shakes are pretty solid.

Avoid this place like the plague! The food at this In-​N-​Out is great, as it always is at any location, but the service is terrible.
The drive-​thru line was spilling into the street, so I figured I beat the cars and order at the window. I had a pretty simple order: animal-​style fries and animal-​style grilled cheese (no meat to cook, not even a drink). Yet, it took 20 minutes for me to get my order. Not only did the customers who came after me get their food, but even ~8 cars that came after me in the drive-​thru got their orders before mine. I eventually got half my order after I had to ask about it at the window. I was then told that they were still making the other half and I’d have to wait longer. When they finally gave me my order (after almost a half hour of waiting), I didn’t even receive an apology for the wait. Plus, the food looked slapped together haphazardly, very unappetizing.
I understand that I came during the lunch rush (Wed at 12:40), but this was such a horrible experience that I will not be returning.

This is the second night in a row in which I go to this place and both times I’ve been disappointed. The fries are extremely hard, and my burgers have no lettuce whatsoever in them. I expect this out of McDonald’s but not In-​N-​Out and I only come here because it’s so close to my house but I doubt I’ll be going there anytime soon.

Just letting you know up front that this review is a comparison to your average In-​N-​Out. You should already know that In-​N-​Out makes consistently delicious burgers and fries; I can’t imagine anyone not having heard of it and coming to Unilocal to get more information. It’s a mainstay of the Southern California landscape and you’d have to be living with the muppets of Fraggle Rock to not know about it. If you’re too young to get that reference, how about «you’d have to be kidnapped with an insane Taylor Swift in the Blank Space video with no way out to not know about it»
That said, what is this… an In-​N-​Out for ants?! This location is tiny and is ill-​suited to cater the numerous customers that flock to this place. There is no dining area and it is literally for customers who want to be In-​N-​Out with their food. There is a window where you can order in person that serves pedestrians (or customers who are trying to beat the drive-​thru line).
There are 2 lines (left and right) that make up the drive-​thru that flank the building where the food is served. That means if you’re on the left drive-​thru then you pay and receive your meal from the passenger side (of your best friend’s ride, trying to holler at… nevermind). This is pretty inconvenient when you’re by yourself.
And the lines, holy crap, the lines take forever. Waiting cars spill out into the streets of Norwalk and since the food preparation area is so small, only around 7 employees can fit in there. They need to be constantly restocked by the storehouse across the right drive-​thru — startlingly inefficient for a usually efficient business. I’ve never been to an In-​N-​Out that wasn’t busy so you can imagine how one with severe limitations would do.
So I’m there sitting in my car, waiting for my food, hoping that the length of my wait is long enough for this location to experience evolution, and my only guess is that when they built this place they weren’t expecting many customers. No designer can be that unqualified. But the fact is, this location just barely functions. The best tip I can give is that you go to one of the other locations if you want to want a better In-​N-​Out experience. Or if you prefer to write a novel while waiting for your food, this place is perfect! (But the food is still good as usual, so there’s that).

A couple of days ago I wanted to grab a quick burger for lunch so stopped by upon spotting this In-​N-​Out restaurant on the way. After parking I realized that this is like a hole in the wall drive through only location and does not have any seating unless you want to sit on communal benches in the open. Anyway as I was in a hurry I decided to get a simple double-​double ($ 3.6) and chocolate shake ($ 2.20) by walking up to the side window. They were very busy with a huge line of cars piled up at the counter so I was expecting a long wait but they did a good job of having the burger ready in under 10 minutes.
Taste wise the burger was as pathetic as any other In-​N-​Out burger. I guess I’m one of the very few people who has not bought into the whole In-​N-​Out burger craze that is sweeping our region. It looked good but got some fundamental things wrong. Like all In-​N-​Out burgers it was under-​seasoned. This alone kills half the taste for me. I know that I can ask for and add a sprinkling of salt but that is just not the same thing. Next issue is that the meat is overcooked and lastly the burger is dry. The chocolate shake was worse than the burger. I know that it is targeted at the not-​too-​sweet crowd but does it really have to be tasteless. I would rather drink a bottle of water in its place and cut the 500 calories that it tacks on. I’ve eaten in about 5 In-​N-​Out locations and this one would rank as the worst among them.
I left really dis-​satisfied with the burger and shake so there is no way that I will return.

Man, today’s wait was over 30 mins :(and both my burger and fries were cold?! How is that even possible?
This means my order was just sitting there for a while, not cool.
