McDonald’s

First time here. Just passing through. My meal was great and got to me in a timely manner. (The coke even tasted fresh). Customer service was great. The women who took my order even helped me with directions. Located near the freeway.

I’ve came here multiple times and multiple times they’ve either messed up my order or have had really bad customer service. However, today when I went my order was correct and Hugo was very nice and patient with me. Whoever hired Hugo did a great job. Thank you!

I m not a big fan of Mc Donalds breakfast. I usually stop by for the coffee as in my opinion they have good coffee. So when I do come its only for coffee for the most part. The times that I have been here the wonders have always been polite and never rude.

This is by far the worst Mc Donals I have ever been to. They do NOT even deserve 1 star. They have the worst customer service, they ALWAYS mess up my order, my food is ALWAYS cold and old, I’ve complained multiple times to the Managers and they don’t even seem to take my concerns into consideration! I definitely think calling corporate will have to be my next step, they need a whole new staff immediately!

Worst customer service on multiple occasions. Pull up to the drive thru: might as well have Bön Qui Qui answer «we’ve got a complicated order!» Lol Everyone is acting like the customers are inconveniencing them. The woman on the speaker didn’t tell me which window to go to so I pull up to the 2^nd. The manger rolls her eyes and asks me to reverse so she can continue talking! Ha, no, I told her to run it back to her since she didn’t do her job, not that I expected her to with her attitude. No wonder they’re replacing their employees with touch screens. Surprisingly my order was correct. The only perk to this McDonald’s: 24-​hour. Still ghetto doh. :P I don’t go to mcdonalds often but when I do I expect an easy process because, hell, that’s why people go to mcdonalds! Duh but they couldn’t even get that right

Stop on by any mc Donald’s location from 2−5pm and receive a free smoothie when you buy one. What a killer deal. Im going to have an extra one for the road which is nice in this hot heat. I enjoy eating the mc chicken sandwich pure white meat chicken. This location is the most cleanest inside I have ever seen good job on that.

Every time I come here at the playroom, is very duty, food in the floor, trashcan full and tables duty.

I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!
ive had various bad experiences with this Mc Donalds and i have complained to management various times! ive really had it this time! not only was the order taker sitting down! she got up to scratch her butt! infront of the the window! once i got my food! i asked for ketchup (we got 2 cheeseburgers 2 mc chickens & medium fries) they gave me THREE packets really? when i asked for more ketchup she rolled her eyes! and yelled «ANYTHING ELSE??» ridiculous! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL! they also forgot a mc chicken and the drink! ID RATHER DRIVE TO THE MC DONALDS 20 MINS AWAY! than deal with those people again! the management here obviously has no desire to change or re-​train their staff ! as I HAVE NO DESIRE TO RETURN!

Place is GHETTO with horrible customer service. They have messed up my order more than once and the food is less in quality «if that’s even possible» than other McDonalds I’ve been to.
I’ve had breakfast sandwiches that were overcooked and hard. I’ve had overcooked hard fries, cold fries. Never had this happen at other locations let alone have it multiple times at the same location.
Some of the female workers at the drive thru are rude. I got empty stupid looks when they got the order wrong and gave me attitude. THAT’S YOUR BAD not mine. How do some of these people even get jobs?
I’ve seen fights break out to be first in line at the drive-​thru. Honking, yelling, talking crap to one another. REALLY?
Don’t forget to tip the bum who hangs out at the end of the drive-​thru begging each car for money.
Food4less has the same type of classy citizens as well.

Gives me the runs

I partially blame this place and the old burger king at Norwalk town square for my obese childhood. So many memories of my mom buying hoards of .39 cent cheeseburgers to feed herself and her kids and all of us huddled around the food like a scene from national geographic.

Typical McDonalds. Not as nice as some of the others around. I got food poisoning once from an undercooked McDouble.

Very quick and very clean.
Impressive customer service… It comes with a smile.
Drive-​thru is a plus, they repeat your order back.
