This Subway is really close to a relative’s house, so my family goes here a lot. It is Always busy. If you are in a hurry, go to a different one in the area. Today we ordered online. Ordering online is easy. Love the App for mobile use. While the order wasn’t ready when I got there, at least the guy was nice and even apologetic. And thankful Subway has air conditioning. Today is so unbelievably hot. This Subway is located in the same parking lot as Walgeens and the 99 cent store.

I have to update my review. First, I’d like to thank them for inviting me back for a 6″ sandwich after my bad experience the last time I visited. The man who helped me, Jesus, apologized for it, and he told me that they are trying to turn the whole store around to better serve their customers — including a new set of employees and great service. Well, I got just that today; the service was fantastic. He was courteous and nice. In the end, my sandwich was made correctly and deliciously to my liking. I hope they keep it up. Thanks!

I had a customer event that I had forgotten to order lunch for. I called this location and in less than 30 minutes Jesus at this location had a catering tray for 15 people ready and looking great. When I picked up the staff was friendly and efficient. I was super impressed with the level of service I received on such short notice. Way to go Subway!

Surprised at the past reviews. Been going here for the past five years.(yes five years) Great food, very friendly staff and clean place. You get anything you ask for. Breakfast special. 4.09, coffee or drink. Great deal.

Not a great experience at this Subway. The workers are still asleep in the morning and can’t get the order right. They would just finish my sandwich before I could say any more. They seemed to be unfriendly and unwelcoming the entire time.’

Terrible service, terrible everything. Let’s start at the beginning. We opened the door to the place and it sounded like a cat slowly dieing — time to change the batteries on the door chime guys. I hear from behind the counter«weslchlm bsjs subweshhs», huh? Ok, whatever. I notice my 10yo son is hopping around like his feet are on fire and he says he needs to go to the bathroom. So I look at the door and see it says«no public restroom, employees only». I think, well they can’t mean customers right? So I ask the guy behind the counter and he looks to his manager and I say«my kid has got to go, can he use the bathroom?» And he says no and mumbles something about food in the bathroom, corporate policy, blah blah blah. Huh? My 10yo is going to pee in his pants and you won’t let him use your bathroom? Are you kidding me? I force the subject and he just puts his head down and finishes making a sandwich. I turn to go and my wife grabs my arm and says, let’s just get our food and go. I’m thinking I’m not going to give this craphole my money after not letting my son use the bathroom, but we’re starving. My son, now embarrassed says«it’s ok dad, I don’t have to go anymore», poor kid. I tell him to go to Shave It real quick(next door) because they aren’t jerks. So the girl behind the counter gives me a look and blurts outs“what do you want” and proceeds to get things confused and be rude. The manager runs in the back to hide while the line starts to grow, and they all have attitudes(except for the first guy who tried to help). We get up to pay, and there’s no digital read out of the total and I’m standing there and the cashier is looking at me like«well, are you going to pay“‘ so I ask what the total is and she tells me. I pay, my wife asks what the address is here because we’re going to post this on Unilocal and she laughs«address is on the receipt, have a good night» Well Subway in Norwalk, next to Shave-It, we will never go to your crap restaurant again. The food was horrible, the service was worse, and my kid won’t soon forget being told he can’t use your bathroom. Next time, if there is a next time, he’s going to pee on the floor, maybe that makes more sense to you guys. And whoever trained you has no clue what customer service is. You make exceptions to rules. Assess the situation and then decide. Like my 10yo is going to fill up his pants with chips and go to the bathroom with them. You guys suck and should pick another job. Whoever owns this place needs to clean house and start over. Or maybe just sell it. Why is there no 0 star on this thing Unilocal

Really impressed the last two visits the manager and workers seemed to be turning the customer service up! I was greeted which normally doesn’t happen! My food was made and delivered to me quickly! Great job for stepping it up!

Horrible service. They snap at you, argue with you on what you can and cant put on a sandwhich even though its a subway. Aboud at all costs its not worth it.

Probably the worst Subway I have ever been to. Rude customer service, seems like they hate their jobs. Rachelle or whatever you name is, put a smile on your face and cover that damn hickey on your neck! Gross. Extremely unprofessional.

Always understaffed. 15 people in line a crew of two to handle the customers and the baking of the bread. 30 min. wait, last time I eat here. Hire another worker you stingy owner.

This Subway is terrible in every way. But my review is about getting a receipt. I don’t get one! 2 out of 3 times I come here, their machine is «broken» and so they can’t give me a receipt. Is this because the franchise is not recording the sale or are the employees taking the money??? It’s very suspicious. Let’s see what the Franchise Tax board, BBB and City of Norwalk say about these guys…

This review is for my husband’s experience at this location just a few minutes ago. Rude staff, rude manager. I am home and wasn’t able to go with my husband and son to get food. I was on the phone the whole time my husband was ordering our sandwiches. When it was time to pay, my hubby gave them my card and they asked for an ID. This has never happened to any other subway location we’ve been to, so my husband said, he knows my pin and will pay debit. That’s when the staff gets all rude and called the manager. With a loud voice, the manager asked my husband if I was in the car or does he have at least my ID with him. My hubby was embarrassed since there was a few people in line already at that time. They could have talked to him nicely since he IS a paying customer. Plus I was on the phone with him and could have given them a go to swipe my credit card. Good thing my husband just left without paying for the 3 sandwiches because these rude people just lost loyal subway customers and will NEVER go back to this location!

I’m not sure what the negative reviews are all about. Though I did not get the pleasure/displeasure of meeting the owner. The two employees that were there were nice. And the place was clean.

This subway is pretty dissent when you walk in… But over the phone orders not so much… The girl on the phone sounded annoyed by me calling in a 6 sandwich order for our small office. We got our sandwiches and they were not marked correctly, messy sandwich ‘art’(they are supposed to be sandwich artist, right?) and the only time I order a toasted sandwich came regular… The only thing I really like about this particular place is they’re walking distance.

The staff is always rude no matter what time of day. All the girls that work their have a serious attitude problems. This location is closer to my home. I will drive out of my way to go to another subway where I know I will receive great customer service. Worst subway in norwalk!!!

Subway, Eat Fresh! I miss the commercials with Jon Lovitz screaming«eat fresh» at the end… good times. Anyway,
Subway is great when you’re on a budget or diet. Five dollar foot long! My favorite sandwich is the Orchard Chicken Salad. Usually I can make two meals out that sandwich unless I’m really hungry. Five bucks for a foot long or seven if you want chips and drink. Awesome sandwich to face action. Locate your sandwich on the menu and instruct that sandwich artist how to make it your way. Toasted, sure mustard and mayo… maybe. I love me some peperoncini’s on that sandmich. Yeah I said sandmich, got a problem with that? Take it up with Subway then.
