Horrible service at the Norwalk location. The past 3 times I’ve been here I have had an excessive wait and all 3 times people that came in after me were served before me. Go to a different location.

Had lunch today — first time. Good chicken wrap, warm with pasta salad on side. Staff friendly — will be back

Second time I tried and still same result– overcooked chicken. The first time I decided to try Muscle Grill I order the Honey BBQ nuggets. The sauce tasted nothing like the Honey BBQ you are used to, didn’t taste honey or BBQ, but the chicken was also overcooked. The side of Western Potatoes were all salt and no flavor.
Today, we ordered from here (corporate order) and I got the Chicken Romano. The sauce was as expected, healthy testing but good, so points for that not being terrible. However, the chicken, again, overcooked. If the fork you give me bends when I am cutting it with a knife, there is an issue. Please work on your seasonings and flavors and STOP overcooking the chicken. No one likes cardboard.

I was so happily surprised by this place! The name was what kept me at bay, but the food and service were phenomenal. Soon they will have wine and beer as well!

There was no review and I was wondering if I should try here, but to my surprise the food was great! Great food for the price specially when you are in a hurry! Salads were amazing!

Several of our employees order lunch from there, because they deliver. This evening, our office catered dinner from there. We ordered the Penne ala Vodka with chicken, and a caesar salad. It was VERY well priced– $ 160 for 20 people– and we really did have extra food. One of the owners delivered, and it was hot hot hot! He was very nice, right on time, and brought loads of napkins, plates and other essentials. Later, the catering manager, Irene, called to check on how our order was, if we were satisfied– which we were. Everyone here– who is pretty picky about dinner which we cater once a week– really enjoyed this food very much, and we will definitely order in the future!
