Norwalk Pizza and Pasta

I love you guys. Nachos are amazing and huge. Kudos on a lovely staff. I have seen the same delivery guy (Rafa) for 5 years. and he is super sweet.

Got delivery from here for the first time pizza was really good !! Also cucumber and tomato salad was fresh and large portion. I will definitely be ordering again. Delivery was fast!

Food is great I must say. Especially the burgers and pizza. Salads not so much– could be much better.
Staff generally quite nice– except sometimes near closing when I have found them to be quite rude and off putting. I just bite my tongue and interpret the illuminated «Open» sign rather loosely.
I now try to drive by the folks on 1^st Street (Near Partners) first.

Ordered a pizza here and it was delivered cold with MULTIPLE flies baked on/​in crust and cheese. How does that even happen?! So disgusted.

1hour for dry chicken tenders and spongy mozz sticks which I specifically ordered well done. beyond disappointed.

If there is a place I can go and file a false advertisement claim, I’ll do it!!! I am very upset right now with this place and their management. I always purchased their pizza but this is going to be my last order in this place. I did an order online for a «Deal» of a 2 Large cheese pizzas, a garden salad and a 2 Liter soda all for $ 17.99, I can’t lie i found that extremely good. i went ahead and purchased this online offer, When i get the delivery i only recived one large pizza the salad and the sprite. I decided to go online and check again, maybe i was wrong with thier «online deal» and once again I see the 2 Large cheese pizza family cupon, i gave them a call to let them know they forgot to send me the other pizza that was offer in the cupon. the lady on the phone tells me i am wrong, there is no cupon that offers 2 pizza, she puts me on hold and tell one of the guy in the background «you put the wrong cupon again» and laughing, i’ll ask to speak to the manager, the first thing the manager tells me on the phone is: «ms i am not giving you a free pizza!!!» Are you kidding me, this guy is so disrespectful, he didn’t even try to listen to me, he also said how the cupon says $ 4.00 off, and no it doesnt say that, it says 2 Large Cheese pizza, large garden salad and a 2 liter soda for $ 17.99, I just told him that what he is doing is illegal, doing false advertisement and making mony out of lies! I didn’t even care about the pizza any more, but he didn’t even acknowledge that there was a mistake. These people are so disrespectful I don’t want to ever deal with them again!

I’ve ordered here more times than any other restaurant in Norwalk — food isn’t bad, however, today I found broken glass in my salad.

My wife and I love Norwalk pizza and pasta. We order from them at least once a week most weeks twice. The food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. We love ordering online because it gives you lots of choices and allows you to add and subtract things you do or don’t want. The delivery staff are always very pleasant and are very very quick. Definitely a gem in all the food services there is offered in Norwalk.

This place is a reliable favorite. On those nights in which the wife and I are feeling lazy we’ll order from here. I’m lactose intolerant and they are willing to go the extra mile to accommodate my annoying food allergy. I’ve never had an «oops there’s dairy in there» moment with these guys.

I don’t understand how this place could have any less than 5 stars. It’s all about knowing what to order. Their pizza dough is to DIE for. So anything with that in it… you will love. My favorite meal from there is the panino tuscany and the blackened chicken caesar. First of all. the bread for the panino is very thin and fresh and AMAZING. The mozzarella is always fresh as well.
This caesar salad is something I’ve been having as one of my favorite meals since I was a kid. The dressing is unmatched!
Not to mention the incredible prices. For both that panino and salad it’s only $ 13. Living in NYC there no way to find that. So every time I go home to CT I always always always stop at Norwalk Pizza for at least one meal.

We love Norwalk Pizza and Pasta. Chicken Parm and Eggplant Parm are yummy. They also have whole wheat pasta. The sausage and eggplant pizza is excellent. Whether we order on line or call it in, delivery is always fast, accurate and hot.

I always have mixed feeling about NPP. Let me start off with the good feelings. My co-​workers and I almost always order NPP for lunch. Their GIANT menu gives you a vast array of choices gives you almost unlimited options. They are also very malleable to changing up meals and making custom orders too. The orderer (who normally answers and always should) is very kind, remembers my name, the address, and almost everything everyone wants. The food is good. I love their turkey wraps and their chopped salads are good for the price. They are always on time, and only take about half an hour to get to us. The delivery man is also very kind. I always make sure to tip him $ 5, regardless of how much our meal is. Now here are the cons. Lately they’ve replaced my beloved ordering girl with stupid orderers who constantly ask «what?, what?, what?, you still thereeeee?» One of them is definitely stoned by the sound of it, and the other one seems a little slow and was probably only hired because people in her family own the restaurant. (These aren’t facts, this is just my assumptions) Every time these dunces order for me, they screw it up in the most heinous ways possible. NPP, if you’re reading this, please make the kind and professional girl the permeant order receiver. The girl knows what she’s doing and deserves a raise. Overall, I love NPP, but these two new order receivers are really starting to tick me off.

Oh gosh… I’m sorry. I try once, but never again.
Seems like I’m in the minority, I’m seeing a lot of 4 star ratings. Maybe go with those reviewer’s opinions. But I’m gonna rant anyways…
We had 2 pizzas and a salad delivered the other night. First off, the antipasto had no color or vibrancy. If it was an image in Photoshop, it would have been like someone slid down the saturation levels to –27. No, make that –35. And besides the dull appearance, the taste was just off.
The pizza? Oh good Lord. We had one with black olives, spinach and feta (the wife’s choice not mine!) Completely overpopulated with the black olives. And waaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy too much cheese. The crust was flavorless. Just to be partial, I tried the other pizza, which was a plain cheese for the kids. No good.
Both pies were epic fails in the fact that you couldn’t lift a slice out of the box w/​o all the cheese & toppings sliding all over the place. It’s a trouble area when you have to use a fork to eat the first portion of the slice. A colossal mess.
Normally I’m all about pizza leftovers the next day, but for the first time that I can remember, the wife and I chucked out ¾ of a (not so) good pizza.
THANK GOD we have Piazza near us & a few other good options. No need to ever ring these guys again. Lesson learned.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Terrible pizza, terrible delivery, staff was rude. There are far to many options for pizza in the area to waste your time here

Very rarely get delivery. If I’m lazy enough not to go out to dine, then I figure, I won’t eat at all. And, you know what? That is a great diet in itself and I stay very lean doing that. :-) No kidding.
But, it was a Saturday night and I felt a little too under the weather to go out, so figured I’d treat myself to delivery.
Got a pizza with extra garlic but rarely do restaurants put enough garlic even when requesting extra. Pizza was ok, enjoyable enough.
Offering fried dough pieces on the menu was very exciting to me. That’s usually a treat I only get at the summer street fairs and carnivals. The portion is huge — enough to fill an entire pizza box!
Delivery guy super friendly and nice. If it weren’t for him, I’d rate this place a 2… but, with the caveat I will order again from them and try other dishes, namely something from the extensive pasta selection.

I didn’t actually dine in here. I ordered Pizza and Salad online and had it delivered. I placed my order online at 6:15pm on a Saturday and it arrived by 6:45. Delivery was quick and delivery man was friendly. Pizza was very good. (I ordered a medium plain) It was thin, crispy and arrived hot. I ordered a garden salad with their signature lemon-​vinagrette dressing and it was quite tasty. I’ll definitely order from here again.

I’ve eaten the food from Norwalk Pizza & Pasta three times in the last week. That would likely be because I’ve been working in South Norwalk for that time, and well, the food options aren’t amazing in the area as far as I can tell. However, Norwalk Pizza & Pasta has delivered (literally and figuratively). They have an online ordering system that works decently well and the food is pretty tasty. The pizza is quite good and decently authentic. They also have a fairly large and varied menu, loads of salads and tons of sandwich choices, so it’s good for everyone.
If you’re in the area, I’d recommend it.

Have gotten take-​out and delivery from them many times and had I written this review a few years ago they would have rated 5 stars. Unfortunately the last couple meals I’ve eaten from them have been less then stellar. Both times my salads were crisp, the dressing was delicious and the fresh-​baked bread while on the small side was to die for.
The bad news is that my spagetti ala Luigi was dry and flavorless, then the next time my Linguini with sausage and hot cherry peppers was short on both sausage & peppers which is not what I’ve come to expect here. The worst thing however was that the pasta in both meals was so over-​cooked it was like eating mush and gave me the impression it had been re-​heated multiple times and/​or sat around for awhile.
Based on the number of great meals I’ve had in the past here I’ll be back to give them one more try and I gifted them a star to make it 3 for old-​times sake.

Called in 1 pie for delivery (3 minutes away by car) on a Tuesday afternoon. The pizza took an hour to arrive and was terribly disappointing after such a wait. I will admit that the pie being cold did not help the taste and I’m sure their delivery is not always this bad. I very well could have just gotten unlucky. But I don’t particularly feel the urge to ever order from there again. Two stars because the delivery guy apologized.

Whenever we’re too lazy to go out for food, you bet we dial up this place for a quick delivery. Great pizza and really good penne a la vodka. The
food arrives hot, usually earlier than the estimated time.
