Office Depot

Went in to buy a office desk. Paulino helped me out and he was really helpful! He was patient while I looked at all the desks. He helped me carry my desk and helped me put it in my car. The store itself is like any other store but because of employees like Paulino I will definitely be coming back to this specific location. He also helped me look for a computer monitor. He recommended other merchandise that might be helpful without being a pushy salesman. If I had the money I would have bought it all. Will definitely be coming back for my office needs and recommending it to my business partner since he also will be buying a desk tomorrow.

I bought some pocket folders at a different Office Depot and all I wanted to do was an even exchange to get a different color they’re all the same price and they’re not on sale and I didn’t buy them on sale but what they did was they gave me some funky sales price somewhere and then charge me a dollar something more which is going to make me get my damn receipt and go back and have them fix it properly just because a senior person named Pallino had an attitude about me returning something without a receipt they could look at my rewards

My second time going to Office Depot for smart phone repair and I’m always taken care of with exceptional customer service, Good job Jerry Mejia and crew, continue to keep ur customers happy I appreciate it

I had a good experience in this store. I interacted with no fewer than 4 Office Depot individuals and each knew the store very well.
I didn’t have a long list but, it wasn’t written down, which was an error charged to me. Perhaps I should have purchased some post-​its, lol.
This store, like any other you go to, is well organized, usually fully stocked with the common items we all seek, spotlessly clean and brightly lit.

I recently had the good fortune of being assisted at the cashier station by Miss Crystal Gonzalez. Although relatively new with the company, she demonstrated exceptional customer service and poise. In a brief discussion with her, she was very positive and expressed her appreciation for her job and other employees with whom she works.
I believe Crystal has a very bright future ahead of her and hope that Office Depot rewards her commensurate with her value.

Desperate for a computer chair I needed quickly, I decided to go to Office Depot; I’ve always relented because I’ve always experienced their prices being too high, for example the same product you’d find at Fry’s was about $ 10 more expensive at Office Depot. Long story short the store was empty, I thought what the heck, so I asked the manager, «do you guys price match?», he hesitated but said,“yes!” Anything you find cheaper so long it’s the exact same product we’ll match the price. Cha-​ching, bought a computer chair that was already on sale, a WD 2TB portable hard drive was on sale from $ 139 to $ 99, good deal right? Wrong! I found it cheaper online for $ 82, and the Sons of bitches match it!!! Yes! Good for you Office Depot; it’s about damn time. Some advice though, instead of giving out coupons and putting on sales just lower your dang prices and you’ll find that people like me will actually go in. #profits

This Office Depot has greatly improved since my last visit. I usually venture here for back to school supplies because they have fantastic deals and this year was no different (can you say paper, notebooks, and pencil sharpeners for a penny???)
Anyhow, I typically dread coming here because the place would be a wreck, the checkout line insanely long, the sale items are out of stock, and no staff to assist. Talk about poor planning — it’s back to school — you should be overstocked and overstaffed. Well, it seems management got the memo and did just that. Every single thing I needed was available. EVERYTHING. There were employees all over the floor, helping customers, stocking shelves, and every single register was open — which moved the line along very swiftly, in fact, even though the store was super busy, I was in & out in less than 20 minutes with an extra $ 15 in my pocket in savings. WIN!
Overall, I was really pleased with my visit and definitely plan to return cuz the boy needs more stuff.

I came here Tuesday to get my daughter’s 1^st birthday poster printed came back the next day nothing, came back Friday they tell me they will just give me a refund because obviously felt incompetent to do the work!!! hello my party is tomorrow Saturday!!! no… manager can’t even get anything done!!! not happy at all you all need to be professional and do your job right!!! SO AFTER THEY GOT ME SO STRESSED OUT, THE MANAGER DON’T KNOW HER NAME ACTUALLY GOT THE WORK DONE AFTER AT LEAST AN HOUR WAITING… and got the job done… thank you.

Will not let me return an item that other store I bought it from say it can be return.

Rarely go to this place. I only go if my printer is acting up and I need to print out a paper. The thing I hate about this place is that as soon as you walk in they look at you and talk to eachother through there mic like if I’m going to go steal something.

Found what I needed here but this place is just a little grungy. Parking lot has lots of trash, the carts were sticky and bent… inside is a little small but I did find everything I needed. Just a little run down. I didn’t deal with any of the employees except for when I purchased my items and she was nice. Maybe if they cared just a tiny bit more about the apperance and overall vibe, I’d come back to this particular location.

Excellent customer service, especially from Christopher the manager. I purchased a desk and it was damaged so they quickly refunded me a portion of the price. He was pleasant and made it easy. I also lost my keys and he went out of his way to help me find them. 4 stars instead of 5 because the desk was damaged and had some scratches — but I still love the desk and am very happy with it.

Came on a back to school night & was surprised at how calm all the employees were. Both the cashier and sales associate were very helpful and nice. Also sign says the store is closed at 9pm, but there were customers still in and shopping (no closing announcements) well after 9 which seems very cool on their part, as I think I would be annoyed if I was in their shoes.

This place just needs to enforce good customer service to bring and keep customers. On our visit today for back-​to-​school supplies, an employee helped my son find items on his list and was very attentive. Good job on that aspect. But upon checking out, no one was at the registers. And when one motioned to go to his register, he realized that the register was closed. Okay, someone’s out of it.

I came in the other day looking for some thermal paper. I was help by a very nice employee name Brittany. She knew where it was located and I was in a hurry. She rang me up and I was on my way in no time. I ready some bad reviews about this place but I have to say I was happy with the service. I would come here again and if Brittany is not in I hope that whoever helps me is just as nice and knowledgeable.

I’m a choice member and if I’m a choice member is because I buy a lot from this chain. When I have a cashier telling me that I’m wrong and In other words don’t know what I’m saying, really gets me upset. Treat customers with respect and courtesy to earn loyalty. I guess my next stop will be Staples. One star because I can’t give less.

I was amused to see tech support nowhere in sight upon entering Office Depot… but after asking the cashier, was directed to the very back of the building. Almost straight out of an episode of The IT Crowd, the techs were really kind and knowledgeable. I explained the problem to the guy, and he made sure to do everything he could before recommending a next course of action.

Such an empty vibe — kind of like a giant warehouse, without much in it. When I first arrived, I stood in front of the cashier’s desk (to ask my question) for like 10 mins. There were three cashiers (1 busy, 2 free) who just eyed me as if I was ignorant… and didn’t even ask if I needed something. They should be fired if they treat all their customers like that!

Located near Golf N Stuff, Target and the 605 FWY. Came only because I had a coupon. The place is usually empty the 2 times I came. The Copy & Print staff was nice and helpful. I even submitted an email to them to have my copies ready before I got there and lo and behold it was done on time! If it wasn’t I would be outraged since I know they don’t have much traffic. Not hard to find parking. The most annoying thing is you can’t get on the 105 FWY from here. Overall, gets the work done and that’s all that matters.

I went to this location of Office Depot to purchase a flatbed scanner that was on sale, and today was the last day so I wanted to make sure I got it.
This store is right next to the 605 Freeway on Firestone Blvd. Bing Maps gave me the wrong location, showing it was east of the freeway (where a car dealership is actually located). After a few wrong turns, I finally found this store located WEST of the freeway. Anyway, I’m glad I found it.
This location is not very large but it’s clean and all the merchandise is organized very well plus the store has a nice flow. The signs above the aisles clearly identify the merchandise to be found there.
After alerting one of the cashiers up front that I needed assistance, I was told to wait in the scanner and fax machine aisle and someone would meet me there. As it turns out, the employee I needed to meet was waiting on another customer, which meant I had to wait. Thankfully, I only had to wait about 5 minutes before I finally got helped. I paid for my scanner and went on my way.
The employees working here were all quite friendly and helpful. This place just didn’t «wow» me in any way, which explains the 3-​star rating.
I’m happy to report that my new scanner works perfectly. I would give it a 5-​star rating. :-)

I came here looking for a good pencil. I found it. This Office Depot is not huge but you can find everything ok. The pricing for this office depot and others varies as a competitor to other office supply stores.
I find Office Depot as good as Staples on many items as a regular individual consumer. However, not comparable in pricing to Sprawl-​mart!
The service was ok, nothing spectacular, place was clean and well-​organized. The parking area closer to this Office Depot is plentiful.
